This research deals with the technical configuration of the beautiful visions among Bany Ahmar poets reflected through the incarnation of beautiful artistic images that manifests itself clearly in the combination of two contradictories  simultaneously.

      The main conclusion is, the Andalusian poets try to use those fictional visions in search of aesthetic pleasure and values,  through forming an image from water and fire as two prominent contradicted elements to express the impact of the heat of wine which soon vanishes when it is mixed with water. By this, they show the beautiful side of nature that suggests joy and splendor.

The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of a rational, emotional, behavioral program in developing self-efficacy to reduce the level of Burnout in 20 teachers of students with autism disorder in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. The proposed program included 12 training sessions. The researcher found that the proposed program has contributed significantly to the development of self-efficacy and reduce the level of Burnout for the targeted subject in this study.

The current research aims to recognize the exploratory and confirmatory factorial structure of the test-wiseness scale on a sample of Hama University students, using the descriptive method. Thus, the sample consists of (472) male and female students from the faculties of the University of Hama. Besides, Abu Hashem’s 50 item test-wiseness scale (2008) has been used. The validity and reliability of the items of the scale have also been verified, and six items have been deleted accordingly. Background: Nutrition can affect the development and integrity of the oral cavity as well as the progression of oral diseases such as dental caries which was the most predominant and wide spread not life threatening human diseases especially in developing countries as in Iraq. This study was conducted to assess the occurrence, prevalence and severity of dental caries condition and their relations to nutritional status among intermediate schools females in Al-Najaf city in Iraq.
