Five isolates of Gram negative bacteria (Klebsiella pneumoniae, Psuedomonas auroginosa, proteus mirabilis and two strains of E.coli) were in quested for the ability of bearing silver nanoparticles by using LB medium, all the isolates of bacteria were buttered brown color just as soon as mixed the supernatant of bacterial culture with AgNO3 solution, that refered the biosynthesis of Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs). UV–visible spectrophotometer and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy were utilized for estimation of (Ag NPs). The five isolates of bacteria were tendered to produce spontaneous mutants by using different kinds of antibiotics, Ampicillin put to use for making mutant in E.coli and Proteus mirabillis, while Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pnuemoniae were mutated by applying Gentamycin and Cefotaxime respectively. The antimicrobial liveliness of the crud solution of silver nanoparticles arranged from the five wild and mutant isolates of G-ve bacteria was tested against separate types of bacteria and fungi.
Innovative various Schiff bases and their Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) and Hg(II) compounds made by the condensation of 4-amino antipyrine with derived aminobenzoic acid (2-aminobenzoic acid, 3-aminobenzoic acid, and 4-aminobenzoic acid ) have been prepared by conventional approaches. These complexes were described by magnetic sensibility analysis, FT-IR spectra, and molar-conductance and elemental analysis. Analytical values appeared which the mixed-ligand complexes presented ratio about 2:1 (ligand: metal) with the chelation 4 or 6. The prepared compounds offered a good effect on the organisms; bacteria Staphylococcus-aurous, Escherichia-coli and fungi C. albicans, A. niger. Also, the biological products signalize which the mixed compl

Materials and methods: Eighty extracted sound human upper first premolars were selected, endondontically treated and randomly divided equally (according to the type of the brackets used) into two main groups (n = 40 per group). Each main group were subdivided (according to the bleaching agent used) into four subgroups 10 teeth each; as following : control (un bleached) group, hydrogen peroxide group (Hp) 35%, carbamide peroxide group (CP) 37% group and s

Ceftriaxone was first equipped with a spacer arm (linker) by the action of chloroacetyl chloride in aqueous medium and then further reacted with seven different aliphatic and aromatic amines which resulted in the production of the aimed final target products. The syntheses

Antimicrobial susceptibility, by using disk diffusion method, of isolates was tested against some antibiotics. Results: Two M. moganii strains were isolated from female catheterized urinary tract patients, and identified by conventional biochemical tests and API20E system at the first time in Iraq. Both of them produced urease and hemolysin. Antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that these strains are resistant to, amoxicillin-clavulanate, cephalothin, g

Reaction of carbon disulfide and methyl iodide with [I] gavedithiomethyl [IV] which on treatment with o-phenylenediamine gave the condensed N-Imidazolythiadiazolylamine [V], However, reaction of [I] with phenylisocyanate and phenylisothiocyanate afforded the carbamideand carbothiamide derivatives [VI. The aim of this study to investigate the microbial load and type of preservative for the types of yogurt available in the Iraqi market to ensure the safety of food provided to the consumer and protect through examining the types of yogurt from harmful bacteria as well as to contain ratios acceptable to yeasts and molds is to find out by comparing models curd careless Iraqi standard quality(ISQ) and see how they conform to these specifications have been collecting 12 brands of yoghurt types it was been (Kala, Activia 1, Activia 2, Mazia, Shelan, Aib, Mersin, Morsi, Al-Safi, Zabady, Zakho, Arbil). Bacteriological tests were conducted on samples of yogurt (total bacterial count, coliform count, counting yeasts and molds). The results showed

Wells\\'s portrayal of future societies examines the rapid technological progress and social changes of the 19th century. The analysis scrutinizes the division between the Eloi and the Morlocks, tracing the consequences of social division. To meet the objective of the study, Victorian frame of mind is utilized to examine the class struggle that is symbolized by the Eloi and the Morlocks. The analysis highlights the economic and social effects of industrialization and how Wells examines the capitalist system and its impact on human relationships and class division. The study also utilizes concepts from D

The other antipyrine derivatives where containing bis heterocycles like bis thiazolidinone-antipyrine (4), bis imidazolidinone -antipyrine (5) and bis azetidinone -antipyrine (6).These compounds were prepared through the reaction between 4- aminoantipyrine and terephthaldicarboxaldehyde to get (3) which were reacted with mercaptoacetic acid , glycine or chloroacetyl chloride separately to get com
