تتميز اللغات باصواتها التي تميزها من غيرها, ولكل لغة اصواتها التي تختلف نوعا وكما , يبدو ان هناك اصواتا تتشابه في اغلب اللغات تلك هي الاصوات الصائتة او الصوائت (الالف والواو والياء) والاصوات المائعة او السائلة وما يطلق عليه (Liquids) وهي الاصوات المتوسطة بين الشدة والرخاوة , يضاف الى هاتين المجموعتين صوت اللغة , الصوت الشائع في اغلب اللغات , وقد علل سبب هذا الشيوع الى انه الصوت الاساس لصيحات الانفعال التلقائية عند الانسان البدائي .ويعود سبب الشيوع الى سهولة النطق بهذا الصوت والى ان جهاز النطق عند الانسان واحد وهذة السمة تنطبق على الاصوات التي ذكرتها جميعا اي الصوائت والاصوات المائعة وصوت الهاء . فهنالك تماثل بين هذه المجموعات الثلاث , وتشابه في نطق صوت اللغة واستعماله في لغات عدة من هنا وقع اختياري على دراسة موازنة ورغبت في ان يكون البحث في صوت اللغة العربية وموازنته في لهجات شبه الجزيرة العربية واللغة الانكليزية .اذ لفت انتباهي ان هناك امورا كثيرة متماثلة لصوت اللغة لاحظتها في هذة اللغات.من المعروف ان صوت الهاء صوت حنجري مهموس احتكاكي . قيل : صوت حنجري عند المحدثين , حلقي عند القدماء , ذلك لاختلافهم في تحديد منطقة الحلق, فقد عد القدماء الحنجرة جزءا من الحلق . وتكون طريقة نطقه كصوت النفس الخالص الذي لايلقي مروره اعتراضا في الفم . وهذة من صفات الصوائت التي ليس لها مخرج تنسب اليه وبهذا يستطيع الناطق به ان يطيل فيه الصوت قدر استطاعتة , كذلك ان وضع اللسان في نطقه كوضعه في اثناء نطق الصوائت ولاسيما الالف. ان طريقة نطق اللغة في لغتنا تماثل حالة نطقه قي الانكليزية التي ترمز له ب((H الذي يماثل الصائت (: (aفيها , فطن علماؤنا الى ان هذا الحالة ووسم صوت الهاء مع الصوائت (الالف والواو والياء ) وصوت النون بسمة الخفاء لاتساع مخارجها

The current study aimed to reveal the moral values available in the Arabic language textbook (Al-Mu’nes) for grades eleven and twelve for post-basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach using the sentence as measuring unit in the analysis process. The five fields of moral values and their subcategories values represented the categories of the analysis. Iterations of values and the percentages of iteration were calculated in those textbooks.
