This research explores the themes of identity and alienation in Tsitsi Dangarembga's famous novel, Nervous Conditions, through Kimberlé Crenshaw's intersectionality theory. The story takes place in postcolonial Zimbabwe and delivers a fascinating illustration of the intersecting domains of gender, race, class, and colonial legacies that shape the characters' experiences of identity and alienation. Benefitting from Crenshaw's intersectional paradigm, this article explores the multidimensional interface of societal categorizations and power relations in the novel, revealing the complex dynamics of individuals as they negotiate their identities in a postcolonial context. Through a thorough examination of Tambudzai's journey and the problems of suppression and clash interlocked in the narrative, this study shows the ways in which intersectionality works as a governing tool for understanding the intricacies of postcolonial identities and the unavoidable forces of alienation that enlighten the characters' lives. By contextualizing the characters' experiences in the larger socio-historical setting of postcolonial Zimbabwe, dangarembga deftly examines the intersecting dynamics of colonialism, sexism, and cultural struggle that mold and constrain personal identities via Tambu's journey. The novel's narrative revolves on the themes of tyranny and identity, as the characters negotiate the intricacies of their individual and group identities in a culture characterized by structural and historical injustices. This investigation indicates the convoluted procedures of identity development, cultural compromise, and agency in the face of systemic differences and colonial hassles.
Nitrogen dioxide NO2 is one of the most dangerous contaminant in the air, its toxic gas that cause disturbing respiratory effects, most of it emitted from industrial sources especially from the stack of power plants and oil refineries. In this study Gaussian equations modelled by Matlab program to state the effect of pollutant NO2 gas on area around Durra refinery, this program also evaluate some elements such as wind and stability and its effect on stacks height. Data used in this study is the amount of fuel oil and fuel gas burn inside refinery at a year 2017. Hourly April month data chosen as a case study because it’s unsteady month. After evaluate emission rate of the all fuel and calculate exit velocity from

Show MoreGas-assisted gravity drainage (GAGD) has emerged as a promising enhanced oil recovery (EOR) method that utilizes the natural buoyancy of injected gas to mobilize oil in gravity-dominated systems. The scope of this work is to experimentally evaluate the performance of CO2-assisted GAGD in the presence of bottom-water support, a common reservoir condition that complicates gas flooding efficiency. The primary objectives are to (i) assess the impact of injection pressure and oil production rate on oil recovery, (ii) determine the operational conditions that maintain gravity dominance and delay breakthrough, and (iii) identify the trade-offs between maximizing recovery and minimizing ga
The current research aims to investigate the impact of the LEAD strategy on teamwork skills among second-year intermediate school students in government day schools. Umm Al-Mu'minin School, affiliated with the First Education Directorate of Al-Koura/Qom Abi Urayb, was intentionally selected as the research site for the academic year (2026- 2025). The researcher selected one of two classes as the experimental group, which studies according to the LEAD strategy, and the other as the control group, which studies according to the traditional method. The two research groups were compared in a number of variables, including (chronological age in months, intelligence test, prior knowledge, and a teamwork skills scale). The results showed that the

This study stage represented the research community within the intermediate and secondary governmental daytime schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education of Diwaniyah. The experiment was applied in Al-Razai Intermediate School on a sample of second-grade intermediate students, including 66 students distributed into two groups: (32) students within the experimental group and (34) students within the control group. The two groups were equivalent with a number of variables (chronological age, intelligence test, previous information test, life skills scale). The results indicated that the two groups were eq

This review article focuses on orthodontic WSLs development, prevention, and remineralization potential via incorporating various remineralizing / antibacterial additives into orthodontic adhesives. Results: Unbalanced enamel demineralization and remineralization processes, along with rapid alterations in the dental plaque bacterial ecology, particularly acidogen

The structure of these compounds was identified from FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and EIMs. The Antioxidant capability was screened by DPPH and FRAP assays. Both assays showed antioxidant capability more than BHT as well. Compounds 3b and 3c showed antioxidant capacity slightly less than ascorbic acid. The docking study for theses compound was carried out as III DNA polymerase inhibitor. The results of docking demonstrated that the increase in hinderances around phenolic hy
