The concerns about water contaminants affect most developing countries bypassing rivers over them. The issue is challenging to introduce water quality within the allowed limits for drinking, industrial and agricultural purposes. In the present study, physical-chemical parameters measurements of water samples taken from eleven stations were collected during six months in 2020 through flow path along the whole length of Tigris River inside AL Kut city (center of Wassit government) were investigated for six parameters are total hardness TH, hydrogen ion pH, biological oxygen demand BOD5, total dissolved solids TDS, nitrate NO3, and sulfate SO4. Aluminum plasma was generated by the irradiation of the target
with Nd: YAG laser operated at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The
effect of laser power density and the working pressure on spectral
lines generating by laser ablation, were detected by using optical
spectroscopy. The electron density was measured using the Stark
broadening of aluminum lines and the electron temperature by
Boltzmann plot method it is one of the methods that are used. The
electron temperature Te, electron density ne, plasma frequency
and Debye length increased with increasing the laser peak
power. The electron temperature decrease with increasing gas
pressure.

Hybrid bilayer heterojunction Zinc Phthalocyanine (ZnPc) thin-film P-type is considered as a donor active layer as well as the Zinc Oxide (ZnO) thin film n-type is considered as an acceptor with (Electron Transport Layer). In this study, using the technique of Q-switching Nd-YAG Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) under vacuum condition 10-3 torr on two ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) and (AL) electrodes and aluminum, is used to construct the hydride bilayer photovoltaic solar cell heterojunction (PVSC). The electrical properties of hybrid heterojunction Al/ZnPc/ZnO/ITO thin film are studied. The results show that the voltage of open circuit (V_oc=0.567V), a short circuit (I_sc=36 ?A), and the fill factor (FF) of 0.443. In addition, the conversion
