The present study aims to shed light on psychological intentions in some prophetic hadiths and present practical models and realistic applications that reveal the aim behind Prophet Mohammed’s actions and speech. This study relied on a descriptive and deductive approach. It included three demands. The first demand provided a glimpse of the theoretical and conceptual framework of psychological intentions and their most important classifications. The second request tackled the history of Makassed thought in the Prophet’s hadiths. The third requirement dealt with the presentation of the physical, mental, and psychological intentions in Sunnah. Background: Shock is a common clinical state, we face chocked patients in causality, surgical and gynecological  specialties like stab wounds, road traffic accidents, placenta preavia, placenta accrete, placenta pericreta, ectopic pregnancy, perforated viscus  etc. All such patients undergo surgical exploration and majority of them are shifted to ICU to complete monitoring and support. High percent of them they develop acute kidney injury intra and postoperatively and carry high mortality rate because of not so good nursing care in ICU in Iraq.

This is a double blinded therapeutic trial in which 40 patients with Behcet's disease manifested as recurrent episodes of oral and genital ulceration were enrolled into 2 groups; Nigella sativa oil was applied as 10% in glycerin topically 3 times / daily to the first 20 patients.
