In this study, poly4-(nicotinamido)-4-oxo-2-butenoic acid (PNOE) was prepared by the electro polymerization of 4-(nicotinamido)-4-oxo-2-butenoic acid (NOE) monomer on a 316 stainless steel (St.St) which acts as an anticorrosion coating. Fourier transforms infrared (FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and cyclic voltammetry were used to diagnose the structure and the properties of the prepared polymer layer. The corrosion behavior of the uncoated and coated 316 St.St were evaluated by using an electro chemical polarization technique in 0.2 M hydrochloric acid solution as a corrosive medium at a temperature range of 293 to 323 K. Nano materials, such as nano ZnO and graphene were added in different concentrations to the monomer solution for improving the corrosion resistance of the 316 St.St surface. The results showed that the values of protection efficiencies of the polymeric coating were increased after adding the nano materials. The kinetic and thermodynamic activation parameters were also calculated and the biological activity of the polymer film against Gram negative and positive bacteria was studied.
The results show the inability to apply the Taylor rule within inflation and GDP Gaps because the monetary behave is elated from the Iraqi economy.
When applying the Taylor rule to exchange rate with the inflation and the output gap, the results do not match the nominal price announced by the central thing, which proves the lack of commitment by the Central Bank by using the Taylor rule, whether short-run interest rate or exchange rate (Nominal Anchor), so it did not stay to the Iraqi Central Bank only using the principle of Taylor with the expected inflation rate below the level of output (Macro activity) for the separation of monetary behavior from the real one o

Private international transport companies transport foreign engineering from the oil fields to Iraqi airports and vice versa, and other international security companies take action to provide protection for foreign engineering experts during transportation. Hence, this process is very costly.

Taking this into account, it is inappropriate to consider the semantic difficulties of translating Russian-language political terms solely at the semantic level. In our opinion, it is inextricably linked with the lexical, syntactic and grammatical levels. If we combine all 4 levels, then the following translation techniques can be distinguished: lexical borrowing (transcription / transliteration, tracing); modulation; generalization / concretization; omission / addition; descriptive translation; conversion [Komissarov 2013]. Poverty phenomenon is very substantial topic that determines the future of societies and governments and the way that they deals with education, health and economy. Sometimes poverty takes multidimensional trends through education and health. The research aims at studying multidimensional poverty in Iraq by using panelized regression methods, to analyze Big Data sets from demographical surveys collected by the Central Statistical Organization in Iraq. We choose classical penalized regression method represented by The Ridge Regression, Moreover; we choose another penalized method which is the Smooth Integration of Counting and Absolute Deviation (SICA) to analyze Big Data sets related to the different poverty forms in Iraq. Sovereign wealth funds are an important tool for achieving economic stability and avoiding the local economy from external shocks, including the shocks of international oil prices. The spread of these funds is the result of large current account surpluses in many Asian and oil-exporting economies. These surpluses are due to higher commodity prices Has led to a rapid accumulation of foreign assets in central banks. Many countries with rent economies face the problem of their dependence on non-renewable natural resources, especially the oil countries, including Iraq. Oil revenues are more than 97% of oil exports, so they suffer from structural imbal

The volume-of-fluid method is used to model the Eulerian region and predict the localised formation of process defects. Three different tool shapes are utilised to achieve the dissimilar friction stir welding joining between AA 2024-T3 on the advancing side and AA 6061-T6 on the retreating side. Process parameter effects such as rotational tool speed, traverse tool speed and tool tilt angle are also investigated. The finite element model results are validated by comparing with t

Show MoreAim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of LPS in immune response through detecting some immune markers by IHC technique in the liver of mice infected with Leishmania donovani (VL). Methods: Three groups of eighteen mice were created: the first was control negative (non-infected), the second was control positive (infected with 2X107 promastigotes of Leishmania donovani), and the third group was infected with 2X107 promastigotes of Leishmania donovani and treated with 40 ng/ml of LPS. The treatment was given orally twice daily for one month. Mice were dissected, and the liver separated for an immunohistochemistry study for the markers (BCL-2, Caspase-3, CD3, CTLA-4). Results: The results showed there was significant elevatio
