This study developed compatible polymer composites based on a blend of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP), modified with 1% maleic-anhydride-grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) as a compatibilizer. Five formulations were prepared with HDPE/PP ratios of 100/0, 94/6, 89/11, 84/16, and 79/21, each containing 1 wt% (1% by weight) PP-g-MAH. The blends were comprehensively evaluated through morphological, mechanical, thermal, wettability, and bacteriological analyses to determine their suitability for sanitary water-pipe applications. Prolidase (PLD) is the only known human enzyme that can hydrolyze dipeptides with an amino acid at their C terminus. Objectives: The study aims to investigate the efficiency of physiotherapy methods to improve the
degree of the clinical recovery of the peripheral facial palsy.
Methodology: This study is carried out at the Rehabilitation Center-Baghdad from November 2009 till
March 2010. This study includes (40) patient, their ages are from (13) to (55) years old; (24) male and
(16) female with unilateral facial palsy of undetermined cause. House-Brackmann facial recovery
scores have been used before and after the physiotherapy treatment.
