This paper exclusively deals with medical encounters. . Structurally and thematically, it manifests itself in five parts. The First part deals with medical encounters as well as essential speech activities which cover (a) frames (certain types of talk) (b) the patient’s account and the patient’s story or more precisely the patient telling his story and (c) the act of questioning the patient. The Second part revolves round genre and register. The former, in most cases, suggests that the format of medical encounters is conversational. With register; we have a converse reality that restrictively tries to narrow things and give them a certain flavor. The Third part realizes the technicalities of medical encounters (a) the setting of an interview realized by the clinical atmosphere which either impedes or facilitates medical interviews (b) the operative parts of medical encounters which involve elements like (i) beginning an interview (ii) the main part of an interview (iii) asking questions (iv) probing questions (v) picking up cues (vi) demonstrating active listening (vii) verbal and non- verbal facilitation (viii) other points including clarification , relevance and silent periods (ix) summarizing (c) introductory and terminating talk in a medical encounter (d) ending an interview and (e) defense mechanism in a medical interview. The Fourth part of my study projects clinical discourse and interpersonal communication relationships. The Fifth part presents one model of a medical encounter that is evaluated. The model tells us precisely what goes on between the interviewer and the interviewed. The paper ends with a conclusion that sums up the insights gained by the study and that isolates some of the operative perceptive points for our inspection. A questionnaire has been conducted to explore the physicians’ and the patients’ attitudes,. knowledge and emotional aspects. The results with this questionnaire have been analyzed and then confirmed in my conclusion

The current research aims to investigate the effect of a specimen of Daniel in the acquisition of concepts for the Arabic language curricula material to the students of the third phase of the Faculty of Basic Education Department of Arabic Language. This paper deals with the ideological positioning of the English poet John Donne in a selected poems of his i.e Holy Sonnet X, as regards the theme of death found therein. The researchers adopt an emerging branch of stylistics, called Critical Stylistics, as proposed by Jeffries (2010) in order to uncover the ideologies of the author regarding the topic concerned and how linguistic choices are used to slant ideas. The model is comprised of ten tools of analysis which, upon being applied to the selected data, have shown how the poet exploits language resources in order to pass his ideology and influence his readers. In this paper, the workings of only one tool are presented as applied to a certain portion of the data.
Self-Assertion is the individual ability to express any emotion well, except the anxiety. The decrease of the individuals asserting behavior makes them face many difficulties that prevent their social adjustment. Moreover it reflexes many negative behavioral and physical cases. The individual, who fails to express his or her negative feelings in required situations, feels with dissatisfaction, loneliness, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, conflict, and psychological disorder.
Accordingly, the importance of this study is represented in studying the self-assertion and studying the university students who reflect the strength of society.

A study of the singlet and triplet states of two electron systems in the first excited state was performed using a simple quantum mechanical model, which assigns the 1s,and 2s orbital with two different variational parameters. Our results agree with a high level calculation used by Snow and Bills.

using upper air layers maps analysis which are maps of thickness for the level 1000 – 500
MB, that their high average ranges between 100 – 5600 M above surface. This research paper
focuses on studying special and temporal variations of the atmosphere thickness above Iraqaccording
to this study, it is concluded that atmosphere thickness above Iraq increases
towards south with an average of 100 M as compared with north of Iraq. Regarding the

Cholinesterases are among the most efficient enzymes known. They are divided into two groups: acetylcholinesterase (AChE) involved in the hydrolysis of the neurotransimitter acetylcholine, and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) of unknown function. Several crystal structures of the former have shown that the active site is located at the bottom of a deep and narrow gorge. Human BChE has attracted attention because it can hydrolyze toxic esters and nerve agents.
