The reaction of(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-Carbonyl chloride)(k1) with hydrazine in boiling ethanol gives the hydrazide(K2).When compound (k2) reacts with various aromatic aldehydes ,the corres ponding Schiff bases(k3–k4) achieve new series of thiazotidines (k5–k6) and azetidinones (k7–k8) obtained from the reactions of appropriate Schiff bases with mercapto acetic acid and chloro acetyl chloride respectively. N-Benzylidene m-nitrobenzeneamines (Schiff bases) were prepared by condensation of m-nitroaniline with aromatic aldehydes. These Schiff bases were found to react with maleic anhydride to give 2-Aryl-3-(m-nitrophenyl)-2, 3-dihydro [1, 3] oxazepine–4, 7–diones and with phthalic anhydride to give 2-Aryl-3–(m-nitrophenyl)–2, 3–dihydrobenz|| 1, 2-e|||| 1, 3] oxazepine–4, 7-diones which were reacted with pyrrolidine to give the anilide–pyrrolidides of maleic acid and phthalic acid.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease its etiology is unknown. The classical autoimmune diseases, have adaptive immune genetic associations with autoantibodies and major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), diabetes mellitus type two (DM II). Serum of99 males suffering from RA without DMII as group (G1), 45 males suffering from RA with DM II as group (G2) and 40 healthy males as group (G3) were enrolled in this study to estimation of alkaline phosphates (ALP), C-reactive protein (CRP) and Pentraxin-3(PTX). The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.
