In this study, we came across various concepts in the three major Gokturk inscriptions, namely Kul Tigin, Bilge Kagan and Tunyukuk. We classified these concepts under 33 main headings such as “proper names, geography, cities, tribe, descriptive names, colors, language materials, time, plants, animals, humans, kinship, titles and ranks, professions, identity, bodun, number, politics, trade, art, wealth and poverty, religion and belief, ceremony” etc. In our study, we only considered the words that constitute nouns. While preparing the conceptual index, we divided a large part of these 33 main headings into various subheadings. We listed the words alphabetically. Since we detected different meanings of some of the headings in our index, we pointed them out under different headings. In addition to translating the main headings into Arabic, we also transcribed the words into the Arabic alphabet. We explained how to convert the Old Turkish alphabet to the Arabic alphabet according to the letter table.

Activated carbon prepared from date stones by chemical activation with ferric chloride (FAC) was used an adsorbent to remove phenolic compounds such as phenol (Ph) and p-nitro phenol (PNPh) from aqueous solutions. Charge transfer in styryl dyes STQ-1, STQ-2,and STQ-3 with organic media system has been studied theoretically depending on the Franck- Condon rule and continuum dielectric model . The reorientation energies (eV) were evaluated theoretically depending on dipole momentum, dielectric constant , and refrective index n. The rate constant of charge transfer has been calculated depending on the reorientation energy (eV) ,effective free energy , potential height barrier , and coupling coefficient .
