The presence of research Repositories in the intellectual production of universities and their availability through their websites or through their scientific institutions is one of the criteria for evaluating these universities in the international classifications of the best universities, in addition to preserving the intellectual output of these universities for a long time and safely and preserving the property rights of researchers. The purpose of this research is to identify the concept of digital content and research repositories and its origin, and to indicate the importance of its existence through the websites of universities and their types, and to identify the research repositories provided by Iraqi universities and to identify the research repository of the Iraqi academic journals of the Ministry of Higher Education. The aim of the study is to reveal the effect of the constructivist learning Model on the achievement and reflective thinking of the fifth grade literary Preparatory students in History subject. A random sample was chosen which consisted of 64 students divided into experimental and control groups, each group consisted of 32 students. The experimental group was taught via the constructivist learning model, and the control group was taught via the traditional method. The experiment was lasted for Eight weeks, each week taught two lessons. The researcher adopted the experimental design with partial control. The two groups were equalized statistically. The current study included details of the anatomical characteristics of vegetative parts including the root, stem, leaf in cultivated Iraq for the species Brassciaaleraceacabbage, where the study dealt with the stomatal index and the rate of both the length and width of the stomatal complex and the thickness of the periderm, the tissue, cortex, vascular cylinder and pith. The parts were taken and measured after the plant was treated with brassinolide and the treated species with brassinolide and non-treated were measured and the study showed that there was a clear variation in the properties above.
