The current study had investigated how specific physiological parameters and the endurance of offensive skills of elite Iraqi badminton players are influenced using preparatory phase training. The study used a systematic experimental research design to determine the impact of high-intensity interval exercise (HIIE) on technical accuracy and movement efficiency. Maximal oxygen uptake (VO 2 max), blood lactate levels, and other salient physiological variables were taken before and after training. The results indicated that VO 2 max was significantly increased and lactate was reduced which indicated an increase in aerobic and anaerobic capacity. There was also an increased offensive physical endurance among the participants, increased shot effectiveness and mental resilience especially in footwork and line plays when tired. The findings highlight the importance of endurance-based skill training in badminton training. The result of the present research supports evidence-based changes to incorporate physiological conditioning and skill performance to achieve the best in a competitive manner. Conclusions. The implications of the findings to the wider field of sports science are far reaching as the study suggests that high-intensity performance, at an elite level, requires structured preparatory training before competition. This justifies the need to conduct additional studies on personalized endurance training models and high-performance conditioning regimens to help in improving player efficiency and resilience.
The current research aims to identify the effect of the Bransford and Stein model on the achievement of fifth-grade literary students for geography and their reflective thinking. To achieve the objective of the research, the following two null hypotheses were formulated:
- There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied geography using the Bransford and Stein model and the average scores of the control group students who studied the same subject in the usual way in the achievement test. 2- There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental gr
Abstract
Performance evaluation is of great importance in all countries of the world, because it has a prominent and effective role in determining the efficiency and effectiveness of the optimal use of available resources, which are rare and important in achieving the desired objectives. With the continued growth of public spending and the limited resources, the State seeks to achieve its objectives through its units with minimal expenditure or deficit, rationality and wastefulness in the spending. In many countries, particularly developing countries, reforms are made in the public sector to achieve that goal through the adoption of IPSAS, which is reflected in the developmen

This analysis is predicated on deeply understanding economic forces and market factors influencing corporate strategies and decisions. This paper delves into the role of economic data analysis in managing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to make strategic decisions and enhance performance. The study underscores the significance of this approach and its impact on corporate outcomes. The research analyzes annual reports from three companies: Al-Mahfaza for Mobile and Internet Financial Payment and Settlement Services Company Limited, Al-Arab for Electronic Payment Company, and Iraq Electronic Gateway for Financial Services Company. For every tyrannical tyrant, he lives within a framework of self-loss, according to him from life he lives and suffices, even without attachment to a principle or an ideal, and in the world of the unconscious with his whims, without any regard for death that is closer to him than his jugular vein, or for an account that does not leave small or great Therefore, the title of my research came to this (Qarun in the Holy Qur’a
