Breast cancer is a heterogeneous disease characterized by molecular complexity. This research utilized three genetic expression profiles—gene expression, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) methylation, and micro ribonucleic acid (miRNA) expression—to deepen the understanding of breast cancer biology and contribute to the development of a reliable survival rate prediction model. During the preprocessing phase, principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to reduce the dimensionality of each dataset before computing consensus features across the three omics datasets. By integrating these datasets with the consensus features, the model's ability to uncover deep connections within the data was significantly improved. The proposed multimodal deep learning multigenetic features (MDL-MG) architecture incorporates a custom attention mechanism (CAM), bidirectional long short-term memory (BLSTM), and convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Additionally, the model was optimized to handle contrastive loss by extracting distinguishing features using a Siamese network (SN) architecture with a Euclidean distance metric. To assess the effectiveness of this approach, various evaluation metrics were applied to the cancer genome atlas (TCGA-BREAST) dataset. The model achieved 100% accuracy and demonstrated improvements in recall (16.2%), area under the curve (AUC) (29.3%), and precision (10.4%) while reducing complexity. These results highlight the model's efficacy in accurately predicting cancer survival rates.
The traditional centralized network management approach presents severe efficiency and scalability limitations in large scale networks. The process of data collection and analysis typically involves huge transfers of management data to the manager which cause considerable network throughput and bottlenecks at the manager side. All these problems processed using the Agent technology as a solution to distribute the management functionality over the network elements. The proposed system consists of the server agent that is working together with clients agents to monitor the logging (off, on) of the clients computers and which user is working on it. file system watcher mechanism is used to indicate any change in files. The results were presente

Show MoreThe Internet, networks and the means of communication in the world of communication and information have greatly influenced all aspects of the information cycle until things have been turned upside down, and it has even been said that today the world can be separated into two worlds: the world of pre-internet and post-Internet.
Perhaps one of the most important data of the Internet in the world of information and journalism is electronic publishing, which comes blogging as one of its forms. Blogs, which have begun slowly in the form of personal diaries, developed and spread on the Internet very quickly and started to have its own universe, the world of blogging. It has begun to make its way in the world of journali

This basin is considered one of the small sub-basins where its valleys run on formations of the Triple and Quadrant Ages, which are represented by the Bay Hassan formations, and the sediments and mixed sediments of the cliffs, respectively. The area of the Iziana basin amounts to (36.39 km2) whereas the percentage of its rotation reaches (0.17); a low percentage, which indicates that the basin diverges from the circular to the rectangular shape. The value of the elongation ratio of the basin reaches (0.38) while the terrain rat

Also, it presents a way to simplify a given communication network through an algorithm that splits the network into subnets and reintegrates them into a network that is a general representation or model of the studied network. This model is also represented through a combination of polynomial equations and uses Groebner bases to reach a new simplified network equivalent to the given network, which may make studying the ability to solve the problem of network coding less expensive and much easier.
Rehabilitation robotics has developed into an interdisciplinary field which uses mechanical design and control theory and optimization techniques together with information technologies to create better recovery results for people who suffer from motor disabilities. The present review assesses rehabilitation robotics research through engineering application studies which use more than 120 peer-reviewed articles published between 2014 and 2024. The discussion covers four main areas which include control strategies that start from basic PID methods and extend to sophisticated adaptive and intelligent control systems. The study utilizes bio-inspired and metaheuristic optimization methods to enhance system functionality and develop control paths

The researcher has analyzed 110 studies -75 foreign and 35 Arabic - to determine, describe and evaluate the key research trends which came in Arabic and foreign agenda-setting studies. The results confirmed that studies of the agenda theory are increasing steadily worldwide with diversity in the theoretical trends and used research tools. In addition, primary studies focus on content analysis and the survey approach (method). Also, most Arabic agenda-setting studies used the traditional methods and k
Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) has long been recognized as a technology that provides future proof bandwidth [1], but has generally been too expensive to implement on a wide scale. However, reductions in the cost of electro-optic components and improvements in the handling of fiber optics now make FTTH a cost effective solution in many situations. The transition to FTTH in the access network is also a benefit for both consumers and service providers because it opens up the near limitless capacity of the core long-haul network to the local user. In this paper individual passive optical components, transceivers, and fibers has been put together to form a complete FTTH network. Then the implementation of the under construction Baghdad/Al

This study aimed to extract and purify anthocyanins from red onion peels, characterize their active constituents, and evaluate their selective in vitro cytotoxicity against the triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell line CAL-51 relative to non-tumorigenic Normal Human Fibroblast (NHF) cells. Methods: Anthocyanins were extracted with acidified aqueous ethanol, purified using silica gel G60 column chromatography and characterized by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Stuckpipe, wellbore instability, breakouts and washouts, which increased the critical limits problems, were observed in many wells in this field, therefore an extra non-productive time added to the total drilling time, which will lead to an extra cost spent. A 1D Mechanical Earth Model (1D MEM) was built to suggest many solutions to such types of problems. An overpressured zone is noticed and an alternative mud weigh window is predicted depending on the results of the 1D MEM. Results of this study are diagnosed and wellbore instability problems are predicted in an efficient way using the 1D MEM. Suitable alternative solutions are presented
