The Current Research Seeks To Identify The Possibility Of Unifying The Private Drinking Stations In The Session In A Single Station In Order To Prevent Pollution. In Order To Achieve The Goal Of The Current Research, The Researcher Followed The Descriptive Survey Approach. The Researcher Identified The Research Community As Working In Institutions Related To Drinking Water Filtering In The Governorate Of Baghdad, And In Order To Collect Data And Information Necessary To Answer The Study's Question (Is It Possible To Supply Private Drinking Stations With One Station?) Researcher Designed A Questionnaire Consisting Of (10) Paragraphs Measuring Aspects Of This Topic, And Applied It To A Sample Of Employees And Workers Amounted To (200) People, And After Analyzing The Results, The Researcher Came To The Impossibility Of Standardizing Private Drinking Stations , In Addition To The Possibility Of Developing These Stations And Rehabilitating Them Continuously To Meet The Needs Of People From Drinking Water Introduction

This interaction is usually neglected in the traditional approximate analysis that is adopted in engineering practice and design codes. Sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) concentrations were measured in aerosol samples collected for the period from April 2012 to February 2013 at thermal south power station of Baghdad. Fourty one aerosol sample were extracted with (1:1) dichloromethane and methanol using soxhlet for seventeen hour. The extraction solution was analyzed applying GC/MS. The PAH concentrations outside thermal south power station were higher than those inside it, and higher in summer season than in winter. Naphthalene, pyrene, Anthracene, Indeno [1, 2, 3-cd] pyrene and Phenanthrene were the most abundant PAHs detected in all points at the site sampling. The present study aims to establish an empirical correlation between biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the sewage flowing in Al-Diwaniyah wastewater treatment plant. The strength of the wastewater entering the plant varied from medium to high. High concentrations of BOD5 and COD in the effluent were obtained due to the poor performance of the plant. This was observed from the BOD5 /COD ratios that did not confirm with the typical ratios for the treated sewage. Regression equations for BOD5 and COD removal percentages were suggested which can be used to evaluate rapid effluent assessment after the treatment processes or optimal process control to improve the performance of wastewater treatment plants.
