Abstract

Prais be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds and prayers and peace be upon our faithfull Prophet …. I wrote this Research entitled (The Imam Shams AL-din Abdulrahman Bin Qudamah AL-Maqdsi (died: 682 A.H) Slections in  Slections in proving contract annulment choice (AL-tassriah)and its duration which Iclarrified the reason of choosing this title and my method in writing Morever, a brief  Overriew of the life of Imam Shams AL-din Bin Qudamah and the meaning of (AL-tassriah)and whether it proves to the buyer to return it, beside the duration which (the tassriah) proven, and a conclusion in which I showed the results I reached and some recommendations that some researchers in the field of Jurispruden

Objectives: The study aims at:
1- Measuring the level of lead in workers’ saliva and blood in the factory.
2- Studying the correlation between the saliva lead level and the infection that caused by microorganisms, isolation and
identification.
3-Studying the influence of high blood lead level on the total white blood cells.
Methodology: This study has been conducted for the period from March 15th, 2010 to May, 20th
, 2010. A total of (60)
saliva and blood samples were collected from workers in batteries industry factory in Baghdad and another (20) samples
were collected as a control group. Lead level had been measured in blood and saliva samples, then microorganisms were
isolated the from the saliva samples.

   This research deals with the financial reporting for non-current assets impairment from the viewpoint of international accounting standards, particularly IAS 36 "Impairment of non-current assets." The research problems focus on the presence of internal and external indicators on impairment of non-current assets in many of companies listed in Iraqi stock exchange. Background: Dental implants are a suitable option for the replacement of some or all missing teeth. The successful insertion of a biocompatible material into living tissue with little to no evidence of rejection has revolutionized medicine and dentistry. An increase in bone response was observed with local administration of growth hormone around dental implants. Growth hormone may act as a bone stimulant in the placement of endosseous dental implants and enhances osseointegration. The aim of the study was to evaluate immunohistochemically the effect of the topical application of growth hormone on the osseointegration of cpTi implant. Materials and Methods: Eighty titanium screw implants were inserted in the tibia of the forty adult rabbits.
