This in vitro study evaluated the influence of chemomechanical caries removal solution on the surface topography of metal-ceramic feldspar porcelain (MAJOR ceramic) and All-ceramic feldspar porcelain (Vita Alpha) using light polarizing microscope. Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media. In the present research we the study the deposition of radioactive elements naturally and particularly radioactive radon gas in parts of the body of organisms which are of direct relevance to human life in the city of Baghdad as the samples which were collected from the bones and skin of some kinds of birds and chicken based on the principle that radioactive elements are concentrated always on the bones. In this study, the volatile compounds found in lemon trees infested and uninfested with Planococcus citri (Risso) (Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae) were investigated. In addition, the interest of the predator Cryptolaemus montrouzieri (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) and the parasitoid Leptomastix dactylopii (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) in lemon trees infested and uninfested with P. citri and some volatile compounds was investigated.
