اصدر حزب الله في عام 1985م، الرسالة المفتوحة التي تحتوي على برنامجه السياسي ورؤيته للواقع المحلي والإقليمي والدولي ، اذ شكلت الرسالة المفتوحة لما اسمته بالمستضعفين التي أعلن فيها الحزب توجهاته الفكرية واهدافه السياسية خطوطا عريضة لمنهجه واستطاع ان يفرض نفسه على الساحة عسكريا ثم سياسيا , واحتفظ بسلاحه في حين تخلت الأحزاب والميليشيات الأخرى عن سلاحها او جردت منها. وبالرغم مما يؤكد قادة الحزب بأنه لبناني , نشا لبنانيا وجاء الدور السوري والإيراني لاحقا , إلا إن المعطيات تؤكد إن إيران لعبت دورا أساسيا في ولادته ونشاته ونموه فضلا عن الدعم المادي والعسكري والسياسي والإعلامي الإيراني لحزب الله واضح لا لبس فيه وان كان يصعب تحديد حجمه ،وإذا كان الحزب قد نشأ بإشراف ورعاية إيرانية , فانه قد نشا في مناطق النفوذ السوري ، إذن فالحزب تدعمه وتموله هاتين الدوليتين , وولاءه لهما مقطوع به وسياسته هي نتاج تداخل مصالحة من جهة والمصالح الإيرانية السورية من جهة أخرى . لذا يعد حزب الله حزبا من اهم التشكيلات السياسية التي لها دور فعال في رسم معالم تحولات الساحة اللبنانية بشكلٍ خاص والتحولات الاقليمية بشكل عام، لما له من علاقة جيوسياسية بمنظومة المدرك الاستراتيجي الامريكي لمنطقة الشرق الاوسط في الوقت المعاصر ولذا تم اختيارنا لموضوع رسالتنا الموسومة بعنوان( الدور السياسي لحزب الله في لبنان1990-2012). على اساس ما تقدم وزعت الدراسة على ثلاثة فصول يتناول الفصل الاول الذي جاء بعنوان( التركيبة الاجتماعية والسياسية للمجتمع اللبناني) قسم الى ثلاثة مباحث ، تناول المبحث الاول البنية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ، وتناول المبحث الثاني البنية السياسية والاحزاب في لبنان، بينما تخصص المبحث الثالث بالثقل الاجتماعي والسياسي لحزب الله في المجتمع اللبناني وتناول الظروف التي احاطت بحزب الله وجذور النشأه والالتباسات التي احاطت به، وطريقة تعاطية مع الوضع الداخلي اللبناني وكيفية بروزه على الساحة. كرس الفصل الثاني الموسوم (حزب الله والحركة الاسلامية في لبنان)، وهو بمبحثين الاول خصص في الدور السياسي للحركة الاسلامية في لبنان،الذي تناول بعض الحركات الاسلامية في الوطن العربي وتطرق بعد ذلك الى الحركة الاسلامية في لبنان وكيف تحول الى حزب سياسي، والثاني تناول المنطلقات النظرية والاطار التنظيمي واستعراض اهدافه وطبيعة رؤيته للصراع العربي الاسرائيلي، وطريقة صياغة تحالفاته ودوافع قياداته بهذه التحالفات ، فضلاً عن معالجة علاقته بأيران الدولة الحاضنة له منذ النشأة، وعلاقته بالنفوذ السوري وعلاقة حزب الله بحرب المخيمات. وجاء الفصل الثالث بعنوان( حزب الله في ميدان العمل السياسي )، وقد قسم الى ثلاثة مباحث، تناول المبحث الاول الحزب في دور المعارضة وتطرق الى مفهوم المعارضة والى موضوع الديمقراطية التوافقية وقانون الانتخاب في لبنان، وتناول المبحث الثاني نشاطات الحزب في المجال السياسي الذي استعرض من خلاله مشاركة الحزب في السلطة السياسية وبين رؤى ومواقف حزب الله السياسية اقليمياً ودولياً والذي قسم الى ثلاثة محاور، تناول المحور الاول: الرؤى والمواقف السياسية المشتركة بين حزب الله وايران، والمحور الثاني: رؤى ومواقف حزب الله السياسية ازاء اسرائيل،اما المحور الثالث فقد تطرق الى رؤى ومواقف حزب الله السياسية الدولية،وبعدها انتقل الى مسألة انهاء الطائفية السياسية، أما المبحث الثالث فقد تخصص بمستقبل الدور السياسي لحزب الله الذي تناول ثلاثة مشاهد تتطرق المشهد الاول: ببقاء الدور السياسي لحزب الله واستقراره،والمشهد الثاني: تغيير الدور السياسي لحزب الله اللبناني،اما المشهد الثالث فقد تناول التوازن بين البقاء والاستمرار . واخيرا، جاءت الخاتمة والتي وضعت الباحثة اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها طول فترة الدراسة إذ تبين ان حزب الله أحدث جملة من التحولات على مستوى فكر وأساليب المقاومة في المنطقة العربية وعلى نظرة الجمهور العربي للمقاومة كخيار استراتيجي واتبعتها بأهم التوصيات التي بالأمكان ان تسهم في حل مشكلة الدراسة التي شكلت الدافع وراء القيام بهذه الدراسة.

The article provides a comparative analysis of comparisons in Russian and Arabic, aimed at identifying their structural, typological, and functional-pragmatic features. The study is based on a systematic approach to the analysis of linguistic means of expressing comparisons in two differ- ent linguistic cultures. The article analyzes the main structural components of comparisons, their classification, and their cognitive and aesthetic functions. The results of the study demonstrate the deep cultural conditioning of comparative constructions and their important role in representing the specific features of the respective linguistic cultures.

Show MoreThe ability of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) to uptake three pharmaceuticals (diclofenac, mefenamic acid and metronidazole) from two types of soil (clay and sandy soil) was investigated in this study to explore the human exposure to these pharmaceuticals via the consumption of beans. A pot experiment was conducted with beans plants which were grown in two types of soil for six weeks under controlled conditions. During the experiment period, the soil pore water was collected weekly and the concentrations of the test compounds in soil pore water as well as in plant organs (roots, stems and leaves) were weekly determined.
