The study aims to study the effect of some circuit training exercises on the physical fitness of the referees in the Iraqi Stars League. In the study the experimental design used pre-test and post-test to measure improvement of the participants in speed, agility, and overall endurance. There were 24 referees that performed structured circuit training for 8 weeks. Gradually, the training sessions were tailored to maintain an ongoing improvement of the different components of physical fitness required for high-quality referees. The findings showed marked improvements in the physical capacity of referees, with times taken for the sprint and the agility tests falling significantly. Statistical analysis verified that improvements were significant with circuit training effectively enhancing important fitness components needed to officiate fast-paced football games. In addition to physical conditioning, outlines and highlights the wider range of influences structured training programs have in enhancing referee efficiency, minimizing fatigue-related mistakes, and ensuring optimal positioning throughout matches. These results underscore the utility of a circuit approach to improving referees’ fitness and their ability the meet the demands of Olympic football match officiating. Referee preparation programs can benefit significantly from the insights offered in this study when it comes to training organizations and professionals involved in the process. This is an important study that adds to the body of work that we already have in relation to including a structured fitness programme as part of referees conditioning programmes. Future inquiries can investigate factors like retention of improved fitness levels over extended durations, increased fitness through both physiological and psychological pathways such as improved decision-making, and the inclusion of advanced digital tracking systems allow for functional adaptations to be assessed in real-time.
The aim of this paper is to present a weak form of -light functions by using -open set which is -light function, and to offer new concepts of disconnected spaces and totally disconnected spaces. The relation between them have been studied. Also, a new form of -totally disconnected and inversely -totally disconnected function have been defined, some examples and facts was submitted.
The competitive environment influences the increase in exercise intensity and hence adds to the growth of training and practice. The study objective.to identify the effect of competitive speed exercises on the effectiveness of skill performance and speed of counterattack for junior boxers, as well as to know the rate of development for these variables.Materials and methods. The research sample consisted of twelve up-and-coming Al-Najda Sports Club players who participated in the national tournament and were selected with care. They were placed into two groups, control and experimental, with six boxers each in the control and experimental groups. The two groups were assigned identical weights on purpose, and their ages range from 15 to 16 ye

This research focused on examining the electrical properties of the Se6Te4- xSbx glass semiconductor with x=1, 2 and 3, using the thermal evaporation technique. D.C electrical conductivity was used by determine the current, voltage and temperatures, where the electrical conductivity was studied as a function of temperature and the mechanical electrical conduction were determined in the different conduction regions (the extended and localized area and at the Fermi level). In addition, the density of the energy states in these regions is calculated using the mathematical equations. The constants of energy density states are det

Midline fracture; poor thermal conductivity and water sorption, are common problem in this material. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of addition of surface treated Aluminum oxide nano fillers on some properties of heat cured (PMMA). Materials and methods: In addition to controlled group of heat cured PMMA the silanized (Al2O3) nanoparticles was added to PMMA powder by weight in three different percentages 1wt%, 2wt% and 3wt%, mixed by probe ultra-sonication machine. 200 specimens were constructed and divided into 5 groups according to the test (e

This is because of the fact that the typographical elements have tremendous expression capabilities that reflect the content of the artistic work in a simple way without any complexities. These elements have a special effect in achieving a clear, readable design, besides their effective contribution to the reception and understanding of the designs by the recipient. Accordingly, the designs of the electronic advertisement poster with their promoting goals of its products are considered among the graphic achieveme

A better understanding of the influence of material properties and geometrical design on the performance of these structures helps to develop piezoelectric structures specifically designed for their application. Different equivalent circuits have been introduced in the literature to investigate the behaviour of piezoelectric transducers. The model parameters are usually determined from measurements covering the characteristic frequencies of the piezoelectric transducer. This article introduces an analytical technique for calculating the mechanical and electrical equivalent system parameters and characteristic frequencies based on material properties and geom
