The Effect of Circuit Training Exercises on Certain Physical Fitness Elements of Iraq Stars League Referees
...Show More Authors

The study aims to study the effect of some circuit training exercises on the physical fitness of the referees in the Iraqi Stars League. In the study the experimental design used pre-test and post-test to measure improvement of the participants in speed, agility, and overall endurance. There were 24 referees that performed structured circuit training for 8 weeks. Gradually, the training sessions were tailored to maintain an ongoing improvement of the different components of physical fitness required for high-quality referees. The findings showed marked improvements in the physical capacity of referees, with times taken for the sprint and the agility tests falling significantly. Statistical analysis verified that improvements were significant with circuit training effectively enhancing important fitness components needed to officiate fast-paced football games. In addition to physical conditioning, outlines and highlights the wider range of influences structured training programs have in enhancing referee efficiency, minimizing fatigue-related mistakes, and ensuring optimal positioning throughout matches. These results underscore the utility of a circuit approach to improving referees’ fitness and their ability the meet the demands of Olympic football match officiating. Referee preparation programs can benefit significantly from the insights offered in this study when it comes to training organizations and professionals involved in the process. This is an important study that adds to the body of work that we already have in relation to including a structured fitness programme as part of referees conditioning programmes. Future inquiries can investigate factors like retention of improved fitness levels over extended durations, increased fitness through both physiological and psychological pathways such as improved decision-making, and the inclusion of advanced digital tracking systems allow for functional adaptations to be assessed in real-time.

Effect of Sintering Temperature and Soaking Time on the physical and Dielectric Properties of BaTiO3 for Different Ba/Ti Ratio
...Show More Authors

Recent research has examined the improvement of physical and dielectric properties of BaTiO3 ceramic material by small addition of excess TiO2 or BaCO3. The prepared samples sintered at different temperatures and varying soaking time. The results show that increasing the sintering temperature within 1350°C and soaking time of 10 hrs give better electrical and physical properties, which indicate the reaction is complete at higher temperature and period.

Authentic materials are the most important tools that the teacher could use in class in order to make teaching go smoothly and effectively in transmitting the necessary knowledge to all students. This research has investigated experimentally the effect of using authentic materials in teaching English as a foreign Language, because a number of studies point out that the use of authentic materials is regarded a useful means to motivate learners, arouse their interest and expose them to the real language they will face in real life situations.

It is hypothesis that there is no statistical significance difference between the experimental group who taught English as a foreign language by using the authentic materials with those

The linguistic meaning of the verse in the Arabic dictionaries applies very much to the reality of rent and its effect. This is true of economic growth as a continuous increase in real per capita income in addition to the same thing. Shoulder immobilization is one of the injuries that lead to disability and loss of movement in the joint within a short time, which called the researchers to find appropriate therapeutic means to rehabilitate this injury. They prepared a rehabilitation program accompanying the reflexology technique to rehabilitate the injury of the immobilized shoulder of the small degree and improve the range of movement and muscle strength working on the shoulder joint The sample was selected from the male patients aged (40-50) years. The muscle strength test was used using the force sensor, the shoulder range test from the flexion and extension position and the visual analog test to measure the level of pain. The study concluded that the pre-rehabilitati
