The research aimed to identify and build two specialized scales for cognitive load and mental stress and to identify the level of each of them among 110-meter steeplechase runners among youth, and to prepare a psychological counseling approach to reduce the level of cognitive load and mental stress among 110-meter steeplechase runners among youth, so that the two research hypotheses are that there are differences. There are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests of the experimental group in measuring cognitive load. There are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests of the experimental group in measuring mental stress. The experimental method was adopted by designing a single experimental group with a pre- and post-test. On a sample of (8) runners who ran a distance of (100) meters from the youth category, was chosen intentionally after wiping the scales to represent (42.105%) of their society represented by the two times that ran (110) meters of contraindications from the youth number of (19) runners in The Sports Army Club for the Sports Decree (2023/2024), as was chosen from a similar society from other Baghdad clubs for the same event (5) runners for the exploratory experience, and (105) runners -up for the building sample, and two specialties were built for this category of runners and in a manner that is appropriate for the specificity of the current research By adopting several steps, and then preparing the psychological counseling approach based on the reduction of both the two phenomena, which are speaking to the adoption of the diagnostic measurement, and it was applied with the research experience that started with the application of the two phenomena -speaking phenomena in the tribal tests on Sunday (3/3/2024), and then applying the program The psychological counseling of the ran (110) meters of contraindications for the period from (4/3/2024) until (10/4/2024), and for Monday of each week, and the experimentation of experimenting with dimensional tests on Thursday (11/4/2024), To be processed by data (SPSS) So that the conclusions and applications are that the two measures of cognitive-cognitive play and mental stress are suitable for young (100) meter steeplechase runners, they are suitable for what they were prepared for to measure these two phenomena, and each of them has the scientific conditions for the foundations and parameters for accepting the measures in sports psychology, and the practical applications of the psychological counseling approach based on To reduce the level of cognitive load and mental stress, it is suitable for young 100-meter steeplechase runners. It is necessary to pay attention to diagnostic psychological measurement and its applications to young 100-meter steeplechase runners to monitor their psychological state and avoid or reduce psychological problems before their level increases. It is necessary to take into account The specificity of the training and competitive environment, hostile (100) meters, obstacles and concepts of specialized sports psychology in preparing the appropriate psychological counseling curriculum for this category of youth.

Performance Assessment of Pile Models Chemically Grouted by Low-Pressure Injection Laboratory Device for Improving Loose Sand
...Show More Authors

The complexity and partially defined nature of jet grouting make it hard to predict the performance of grouted piles. So the trials of cement injection at a location with similar soil properties as the erecting site are necessary to assess the performance of the grouted piles. Nevertheless, instead of executing trial-injected piles at the pilot site, which wastes money, time, and effort, the laboratory cement injection devices are essential alternatives for evaluating soil injection ability. This study assesses the performance of a low-pressure laboratory grouting device by improving loose sandy soil injected using binders formed of Silica Fume (SF) as a chemical admixture (10% of Ordinary Portland Cement OPC mass) to di

Using Artificial Neural Network to Predict Rate of Penetration from Dynamic Elastic Properties in Nasiriya Oil Field
...Show More Authors

The time spent in drilling ahead is usually a significant portion of total well cost. Drilling is an expensive operation including the cost of equipment and material used during the penetration of rock plus crew efforts in order to finish the well without serious problems. Knowing the rate of penetration should help in speculation of the cost and lead to optimize drilling outgoings. Ten wells in the Nasiriya oil field have been selected based on the availability of the data. Dynamic elastic properties of Mishrif formation in the selected wells were determined by using Interactive Petrophysics (IP V3.5) software based on the las files and log record provided. The average rate of penetration and average dynamic elastic propert

Development of 1D-Synthetic Geomechanical Well Logs for Applications Related to Reservoir Geomechanics in Buzurgan Oil Field
...Show More Authors

Knowledge of the distribution of the rock mechanical properties along the depth of the wells is an important task for many applications related to reservoir geomechanics. Such these applications are wellbore stability analysis, hydraulic fracturing, reservoir compaction and subsidence, sand production, and fault reactivation. A major challenge with determining the rock mechanical properties is that they are not directly measured at the wellbore. They can be only sampled at well location using rock testing. Furthermore, the core analysis provides discrete data measurements for specific depth as well as it is often available only for a few wells in a field of interest. This study presents a methodology to generate synthetic-geomechani

Modification of Electro-Fenton Process with Granular Activated Carbon for Phenol Degradation – Optimization by Response Surface Methodology
...Show More Authors

As a result of rapid industrialization and population development, toxic chemicals have been introduced into water systems in recent decades. Because of its excellent efficiency and simple design, the three-dimensional (3D) electro-Fenton method has been used for the treatment of wastewater. The goal of the current study is to explore the efficiency of phenol removal by the 3D electro-Fenton process, which is one of the advanced oxidation processes (AOPs). In the present work, the effect of the addition of granular activated carbon (GAC) particles to the electro-Fenton system as the third electrode would be investigated in the presence of graphite as the anode and nickel foam as the cathode, which is the source of electro-generated hydrogen

Turbidimetric Determination of Mebeverine Hydrochloride in Pharmaceutical Formulations Using Two Consecutive Detection Zones under Continuous Flow Conditions
...Show More Authors

A simple, low cost and rapid flow injection turbidimetric method was developed and validated for mebeverine hydrochloride (MBH) determination in pharmaceutical preparations. The developed method is based on forming of a white, turbid ion-pair product as a result of a reaction between the MBH and sodium persulfate in a closed flow injection system where the sodium persulfate is used as precipitation reagent. The turbidity of the formed complex was measured at the detection angle of 180° (attenuated detection) using NAG dual&Solo (0-180°) detector which contained dual detections zones (i.e., measuring cells 1 & 2). The increase in the turbidity of the complex was directly proportional to the increase of the MBH concentration

Measuring Changes in Temperature Rates due to Urban Expansion in Selected Municipalities of Baghdad using GIS Technology
...Show More Authors

The expansion of building blocks at the expense of agricultural land is one of the main problems causing climate change within the urban area of a city. The research came to determine these indicators, as a study was conducted on the expansion of the building blocks in three municipalities in the city of Baghdad for a period of four decades extended in the form of time cycles for the period (1981-2021) and using ArcMap GIS 10.7 technology. Then, the impact of this expansion on temperature rates was evaluated, as they are the most important climatic elements due to their significant effect on the rest of the elements. The results showed a clear, direct relationship between the increase in urban expansion rates and the corresponding r

In-vivo examination of nasal-to-brain administration for delivering rhodamine B nanospanlastic for fluorescent vesicle imaging
...Show More Authors

This study investigated the efficacy of nasal injection of rhodamine B nanospanlastic (RBN) for magnetic vesicle imaging of specific brain locations. Effective delivery of RBN, which functions as fluorescence agents, to specific brain regions is necessary to achieve fluorescence particle imaging (FPI). There has been interest in nasal administration as a means of administering drugs directly to the brain, thereby circumventing the blood-brain barrier. We offered experimental nasal fluorescence agent administration by in vivo research. Fluorescent tests confirmed that, upon nasal delivery, the intended nanospanlastic migrated into the brain. Furthermore, using fluorescent microscopy, we demonstrated how these nanospanla
