Perhaps it is of paramount importance for researchers to present grammatical topics with a uniqueness that distinguishes them from everything else that may overlap with them, and a specificity that distances them from much of what may be thought to be similar to them or similar to them. The subject pronoun is one of these topics that should be considered. Due to the uniqueness of this pronoun among the rest of the family of pronouns, with features and adverbs that deserve research and study, and then analysis and treatment; Because of its scientific value, it goes hand in hand with other pronouns. This topic would not have drawn my attention or received much of it had it not raised some fundamental questions, including, for example: What is the subject pronoun? Where is the difference between grammarians regarding this pronoun? What are the forms in which it is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an or in the Arabic language? Does this pronoun have a specific purpose, or is it used for other rhetorical purposes? To determine the relationship between chronic hepatitis B virus and autoimmune celiac disease, seventy five patients with chronic hepatitis B virus of ages (8-70) years have been investigated and compared with 50 healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure antiGliadin antibodies IgA and IgG by ELISA test and anti-reticulin antibodies IgA and IgG by IFAT. There were significant elevation (P<0.05) in the concentration of AGA IgA and IgG antibodies compared to control group. The prevalence of AGA antibodies IgA and IgG was 8% and 9.33% respectively.
