To study and understand the mechanism of living systems, and how it works, it is quite important to investigate it at molecular level (like genomic, proteomic) as well as the methodologies, and how to apply and imply it on different branch of sciences and how can use it in developing medical diagnosis, treatments, drugs, and increased it in the future. Additionally it can also be applied in forensic techniques, food production and agriculture, as well as genetic profiling. Objective: To assess the effect of six-minute walk test on health-related quality of life in patients undergone coronary artery bypass graft surgery at Iraqi center for heart diseases. The current study aims to determine the prevalence of Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida spp., and also to identify Candida parapsilosis and some virulence genes. First, we shall introduce the notion of soft sets PU-valued functions on PU-algebra and investigate some of its related properties.Moreover, the codes generated by a soft sets PU-valued function are constructed and several examples are given.
