In this work, Titanium oxide thin films doped with different concentration of CuO (0,5,10, 15,20) %wt were prepared by pulse laser deposition(PLD) technique on glass substrates at room temperature with constant deposition parameter such as : pulse (Nd:YAG), laser with λ=1064 nm, constant energy 800 mJ , repetition rate 6 Hz and No. of pulse (500). The structure , optical and electrical properties were studied . The results of X-ray diffraction( XRD) confirmed that the film grown by this technique have good crystalline tetragonal mixed anatase and rutile phase structure, The preferred orientation was along (110) direction for Rutile phase. The optical properties of the films were studied by UV-VIS spectrum in the range of (360-1100) nm. The optical transmission results show that the maximum transmission over than ~ 48% for pure TiO 2 films and decreases to ~ 30% with increasing the CuO content to 20%wt .The optical energy for pure TiO 2 film was about 3.212eV and decreases to 3.13eVwith increasing of concentration. The results of PL emission at RT shows that there are two peaks positioned around 386 nm and 396 nm for predominated peak and795 nm and 810 for the small peaks. DC measurements show that as the increasing of film concentration lead to increase the conductivity , while the values of activation energy (E a1 ,E a2 ) decrease. Hall effect measurements show that all films have n- type charge carriers and the carriers concentration increases while the mobility decreases with increasing the CuO content.

The research aims to identify the level of effectiveness of the teaching practices of science and mathematics teachers in light of the national framework for future skills in Omani schools. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach, as he designed a note card consisting of (30) phrases distributed on three axes: basic skills, practical skills, and technical skills. Three cohesionless free flowing materials of different density were mixed in an air fluidized bed to study the mixing process by calculating performance of mixing index according to Rose equation (1959) and to study the effect of four variables (air velocity, mixing time, particle size of trace component and concentration of trace component) on the mixing index and as well as on mixing performance.
