يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم ومكننة نظام متطور لتقويم جودة العملية التعليمية للجامعات العراقية، باعتماد مدخل الجودة، ومكننة نظام معلومات قادر على توفير البيانات بالخصائص المطلوبة التي يمكن الاستناد إليه في اجراء عملية التقويم على وفق النظام المقترح.

The study aimed at identifying hybrid education and employing educational technology, and increasing direct and indirect interaction with teachers and learners and with the educational content. Infographics have the capability to organize and display information in a way that is easy for viewers to retrieve and make observations. The study aimed to monitor all the obstacles that stand in the way of the development of women's sports and to develop radical and realistic solutions to advance it and seek its programs to build a strong women's sports community.
