The measurements and tests of the samples conducted in the laboratories of the College of Agriculture included isolating bio-fertilizers and testing the efficiency of isolates that fix atmospheric nitrogen and solubilize phosphorous compounds. Bacteria were isolated and identified from the rhizosphere soils of different plants collected from various agricultural areas. A total of 74 bacterial isolates were obtained based on the phenotypic characteristics of the developing colonies, as well as biochemical and microscopic traits. The results of isolation and identification showed that among the 74 bacterial isolates, there were 15 isolates of A. chroococcum, 13 of Az. lipoferum, 13 of B. megaterium, 10 of P. putida, 10 of Actinomycetes, and nitrifying bacteria (Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter) with 7 and 6 isolates respectively. Bacillus isolates demonstrated the ability to dissolve phosphate compounds with a dissolution diameter ranging between 6-11 mm. The results of the polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) examination confirmed the diagnostic results using the quantitative polymerase interaction technique after extracting DNA from bacterial isolates from the soil. The first group of 10 isolates of P. putida showed, when the gene (GltA F, GltAR) was amplified, resulting bundles with a molecular size of 288 base pairs for P. putida bacteria, confirming the diagnosis using molecular, biological, microscopic, and phenotypic tests. This match confirms the accuracy of the classification of P. putida bacteria. The second group of 10 isolates of P. putida showed, when the gene (PR o DF, PRp o DR) was amplified, resulting bundles with a molecular size of 478 base pairs for B. megaterium, confirming its classification. The third group of 10 isolates of bacteria showed, upon gene amplification (N i f HF, N i f HR), resulting bundles with a molecular size of 371 base pairs for A. chroococcum bacteria, confirming their identification. The fourth group of 14 isolates showed, when the gene (16sAZ F and 16sAZ R) was amplified, resulting bundles with a molecular size of 646 base pairs for Az. lipoferum bacteria, confirming its classification. The fifth group did not show any type of nitrogen-fixing bacteria or phosphate solubilizers after amplification, based on the Sr DNA 71 genotype sequence
Some microorganisms can produce nanocellulose, which is known as bacterial nanocellulose (BNC); the most active bacterial producer is acetic acid bacteria (AAB), which is a gram-negative, motile and obligate aerobic belongs to the family Acetobacteraceae. Bacterial nanocellulose has excellent attention in medical (surgical domain), industrial and pharmaceutical fields because of its flexible properties, characteristics and advantages. So, in this study, the AAB (5AC) isolate was isolated from apple vinegar. The production of BNC was performed by using a natural medium called palm dates liquid medium, the produced bacterial Cellulose was purified by using the sodium hydroxide method; it was observed that the wet weight of the BNC was a

Glycopeptide antibiotic a (Vancomycin) and the commercial bacteriocin (Nisin A) were used to comparative with purification bacteriocin (MRSAcin) against MRSA biofilm. One hundred food samples were collected from Baghdad markets from July 2016 to September 2016, including (cheese, yogurt, raw milk, fried meat, grilled meat, and beef burger). All samples were cultures; S. aureus was confirmation by macroscopic culture and microscopic examination, in addition to biochemical tests. Methicillin resistance S. asureus (

some authors describe it as the forgetting disease,
others wondering if the attention paid to this disease
compared to its fatality (The 5-year survival rate is

this disease deserves a comprehensive assessment by

Diarrhea is a real disease in childhood which could cause death. Therefore, this study was conducted to isolate Salmonella from 350 stool samples taken from children under five years in age, suffering from diarrhea during the period from March 2019 to March 2020 in Tikrit city / Iraq. The results showed the possibility to isolate ten isolates of Salmonella enterica subsp. Enterica, an infection rate, represents 2.875% of the total rate of patients who suffer from diarrhea. The virulence genes were investigated for ten isolates of S. enterica subsp. enterica, the result is that all isolates possessed the genes stn, invA, lpfA with an appearance percentage of 100%, whi

Results revealed that fenugreek seeds contain the main functional groups, while extracts are varied accorodihg to their content of functional groups qualitatively and quantitively. Moreover, inhibition activity was tested for extracts of fenugreek seeds (aqueous, alcoholic and volatile oil). against gram negative (Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and gram positive (Staphylococcus aureus) by the ager well diffusion method. Data have revealed that inhibition activity was different in accoradance with extract solvent and the tested microorgan. Oil extract (15)%
