Now in this research I relied on some definitions specific to the research fibrewise maximal and minimal topological spaces. One hundred forty three of Klebsiellapneumoniae isolates had been collected from some hospitals in Baghdad city. The linear programming method was used to solve this mathematical model.  The present study is an attempt for detection of A. baumannii by conventional and PCR methods using species-specific primers for these A. baumannii.
