Abstract

The current research aims to identify the typical effect of Flower and Coscroft on expressive performance and the development of lateral thinking among literary fifth-grade students. To achieve the research objective, the researcher chose a sample of (90) female students from the fifth literary grade, with two experimental groups and a control group. The research groups are of six subjects. The research found that the two experimental groups have more expressive performance than the control group. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة فاعلية الذات والفرع الأكاديمي بدافع الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طالبات كلية عجلون الجامعية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) طالبة ممن درسن في أحد الفرعين العلمي أو الأدبي اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، وشكلت ما نسبته 10% من مجتمع الدراسة.

The aim of this research is to measure the effect of Adey- Shire model in the achievement and critical thinking of first intermediate female students in mathematics. The study attempts to identify 1) the habits of playing video games among students, 2) the effect of playing video games on students’ academic achievement, 3) the statistically significant differences among students in regard of (gender, time of playing video games, number of hours). To this end, a five-likert scale questionnaire included four questions was applied to (250) male and female students chosen randomly from the second-intermediate stage at Al-Karakh side secondary schools.
