ملخّص البحث     

   تكمن مشكلة البحث في الاكتشاف المبكر لسوء صحة الطلبة النفسية و محاولة ايجاد الحلول اللازمة لها في سنوات الدراسة الجامعية من حيث استخدام المواد الدراسية او اساليب التعامل او اسس العلاج الفردي المتبع من قبل الاساتذة مع الطلاب الذين يعانون من اي خلل نفسي او سلوكي، و ذلك لاهمية الحالة النفسية لمعلمي المستقبل و تاثير سلوكياتهم و انعكاسها على التدريس وعلى الطل

The research aims to identify the reality of administrative motivation for the deans of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences at the universities of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya from the point of download of the faculty members. The study of cuneiform texts is very important for finding out the ancient history of Iraq and its civilization, as well as the close relation among languages, especially Semitic, the mother language to which both Akkadian and Arabic belong, the matter that clarifies the linkage among them. The Akkadian language is among these Jazri (a Semitic branch) languages, besides Arabic. It is the most ancient one. The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

This study aims at examining those two terms and the possibility of their functioning them in one of the general organizations and the questionnaire is used as atool to gather information that are distributed on asample consists of (50)employees and selected randomly from various organizationl levels.

The probability is considered one of the grammatical cases in all languages of the world. Expressions of probability in Spanish language are expressed by various structures, expressions and some verb tenses. By this study explains the grammatical cases, the verbal periphrases, the impersonal expressions, the future tenses (simple and perfect) and the conditional mode of probability in Spanish language .We have explains these cases in detail with examples that have extracted from various spanish grammar books .The specific objective of this study is to know the resources and constructions of probability in Spanish language and their translation in Arabic language.
