...Show More Authors

The research aimed to prepare a psychological counseling program for the coaches of the Sports Care Center in the gymnasium, and to learn about the impact of the psychological counseling program in reducing irrational ideas and causal attribution of the coaches of the Sports Talent Care Center in the gymnasium, to assume that there are statistically significant differences between the results of the tribal and posttests of the research group Experimental in the scale of irrational ideas, and there are statistically significant differences between the results of the tribal and posttests of the experimental research group in the scale of the causal attribution scale, The experimental approach was adopted by designing one experimental group, and the current research problem population was represented by coaches of various categories at the National Center for Nurturing Sports Talent in Gymnastics in Baghdad, a total of (18) coaches for the adult (2023/2024) sports season. The main research sample for application was chosen from them intentionally using a survey method. The number of the procedural research group, whose arithmetic mean exceeded the hypothesized mean for the scales of irrational thoughts and causal attribution, reached (12) trainers to represent the experimental research group with a percentage of (66.667%) of their community of origin. The research procedures for building the two measurement tools of the paper-and-pencil type also required selecting a similar sample from outside the boundaries of the problem. The research procedures concerned them with verification of scientific conditions and statistical analysis, and (43) coaches from clubs in the capital, Baghdad, were chosen for them. And after the completion of the construction of the two scales, (7) counseling sessions were prepared and applied in the research experience on the experimental group coaches, and then tackled their results with a system (SPSS), and the conclusions were that the irrational ideas and the causal attribution of the coaches of the gym gynecology center enjoyed the conditions and scientific transactions to accept tools Sikomitry measurement in sports psychology, and the preparation of the psychological counseling program based on reducing the level of irrational ideas and causal attribution is suitable for the coaches of the Sports Talent Care Center in the gymnasium, and the psychological counseling program helps in reducing the level of irrational ideas and the causal attribution of the coaches of the Sports Care Center in the gymnasium, As for the research recommendations, it is necessary that it is necessary to pay attention to the gymnasium measurement according to the determinants of mathematical psychology to track the condition of the coaches of the Sports.

Low-complexity Deep Learning for Joint Channel-type Identification and SNR Estimation in MIMO-OFDM Using CNN–BRNN with LUT Labels
...Show More Authors

Channel estimation (CE) is essential for wireless links but becomes progressively onerous as Fifth Generation (5G) Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) systems and extensive fading expand the search space and increase latency. This study redefines CE support as the process of learning to deduce channel type and signal-tonoise ratio (SNR) directly from per-tone Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM) observations, with blind channel state information (CSI). We trained a dual deep model that combined Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with Bidirectional Recurrent Neural Networks (BRNNs). We used a lookup table (LUT) label for channel type (class indices instead of per-tap values) and ordinal supervision for SNR (0–20 dB,5-dB steps). T

Adsorption kinetics and mechanisms for meropenem antibiotic removal in batch mode via rice husk functionalized with Mg/Fe-layered double hydroxides
...Show More Authors

The purpose of this research was to evaluate rice husk functionalized with Mg-Fe-layered double hydroxide (RH-Mg/Fe-LDH) as an adsorbent for the removal of meropenem antibiotic (MA) from an aqueous solution. Several batch experiments were undertaken using various conditions. Based on the results, the optimal Mg/Fe-LDH adsorbent with a pH of 9 and an M2+/M3+ ratio of 0.5 was associated with the lowest particle size (specifically. 11.1 nm). The Langmuir and Freundlich models were consistent with the experimental isotherm data (R2 was 0.984 and 0.993, respectively), and MA’s highest equilibrium adsorption capacity was 43.3 mg/g. Additionally, the second-order model was consistent with the adsorption kinetic results.

Recording two species of larval cestodes Callitetrarhynchus gracilis and Callitetrarhynchus sp. (Cestoda: Trypanorhyncha) parasitic in body cavity of two carangid fishes (Carangoides malabaricus and Megalaspis cordyla) from north west Arab Gulf, Iraq, is described. The species Callitetrarhynchus sp. was recorded for the first time in Iraq in carangid fishes. Also, two fish species (C. malabaricus and M. cordyla) are considered as new hosts for C. gracilis and Callitetrarhynchus sp. in the Arab Gulf. The cestodes were sent to Prof. Dr. Harry W. Palm, Department of Fisheries Biology, Institute Zoo Morphology, Germany for confirmation of the identification.

Enhancing ionic conductivity, mechanical stability and electrochemical properties simultaneously by integrating POSS-PEG13.3 hybrid nanoparticles into PEO-NaClO4 solid polymer electrolytes
...Show More Authors

The increasing global energy demand and environmental concerns necessitate the development of sustainable energy storage solutions. Sodium-ion batteries have emerged as a promising alternative to lithium-ion batteries due to the abundance and low cost of sodium. This study investigates the impact of incorporating hybrid nanoparticles, specifically polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane- poly(ethylene glycol) (POSS-PEG(13.3)), on the performance of polyethylene oxide (PEO)- sodium perchlorate (NaClO4) based solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs). The results demonstrate that the incorporation of POSS-PEG(13.3) effectively disrupts the crystallinity of the PEO matrix, as confirmed by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry analyses.

Synthesis and Spectroscopic Characterization for Some Metal ion Complexes with 2-Hydroxy-3-((5-Mercapto-1,3,4-Thiadiazol-2-yl)Diazenyl)-1-Naphthaldehyde
...Show More Authors

New metal ion complexes were synthesized with the general formula; K[PtLCl4], [ReLCl4] and K[ML(Cl)2] where M = Pd(II), Cd(II), Zn(II) and Hg(II), from the Azo ligand (HL) [2-Hydroxy-3-((5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)diazenyl)-1-naphth aldehyde] (HL) the ligand was synthesized from (2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde) and (5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol). The ligand and its metal complexes are characterized by phisco- chemical spectroscopic techniques (FT.IR, UV-Vis and Mass spectra, elemental analysis, molar conductivity, Atomic Absorption, Chloride contain and magnetic susceptibility). The spectral data suggest that the (HL) behaves as a bidentate ligand in all complexes. These studies revealed tetrahedral geometries for all metal complexes
