Knowing the nature of the relationship in federal systems lies in studying the political, social, economic and cultural forces, for their role in laying the foundations and the federal system. No matter how important the pillars of that system are, and through this research, we will learn how the political elites were able to crystallize this unique system, until it became one of the political systems that some countries seek to copy and apply its experience.

A field study aimed at identifying the sources of mutual complaints among the Directorates of Education staff of their departments and management and run it in their daily dealings with principals in the province of Baghdad, and adopt approach. In this work, we study several features of the non-zero divisor graphs (ℵZD- graph) for the ring Zn of integer modulo n. For instance, the clique number, radius, girth, domination number, and the local clustering coefficient are determined. Furthermore, we present an algorithm that calculates the clique number and draws the non-zero divisor for the ring Zn.
