In the rapidly evolving telecommunications industry, accurate valuation of tangible assets remains a critical challenge that requires adherence to universally recognized standards. This study addresses the pressing need for transparent and precise asset valuation methodologies that are pivotal for informed investment decisions and financial reporting. It aims to bridge the theoretical and practical divide in asset valuation by applying International Valuation Standards (IVS) 300 and 400 to Asiacell Communications PJSC, a leading entity in the sector. Focusing on five key tangible assets from 2018 to 2022 – lands, buildings, plant and equipment, means of transport and transfer, and furniture and office equipment – the study employs the income approach, augmented by a random walk model for future cash flow forecasting and the weighted average cost of capital for discounting. This innovative methodology offers a comprehensive valuation framework, revealing that despite Asiacell’s consistent growth rate of 4.63%, all asset categories experienced a depreciation upon revaluation. The study’s findings underscore the significance of implementing IVS in elucidating the asset valuation process, demonstrating the potential discrepancies between book values and standards-based valuations. The application of IVS 300 and IVS 400 not only enhances the transparency and accuracy of asset valuation but also provides valuable insights into the contributions of tangible assets to future income within the prevailing market conditions. By offering a replicable model for asset valuation in dynamic industries, this study contributes to the broader discourse on financial reporting and investment analysis, setting a foundation for future exploration in the field.

In drilling processes, the rheological properties pointed to the nature of the run-off and the composition of the drilling mud. Drilling mud performance can be assessed for solving the problems of the hole cleaning, fluid management, and hydraulics controls. The rheology factors are typically termed through the following parameters: Yield Point (Yp) and Plastic Viscosity (μp). The relation of (YP/ μp) is used for measuring of levelling for flow. High YP/ μp percentages are responsible for well cuttings transportation through laminar flow. The adequate values of (YP/ μp) are between 0 to 1 for the rheological models which used in drilling. This is what appeared in most of the models that were used in this study. The pressure loss

The products of such genes that facilitate the successful colonization and survival of the bacterium in or cause damage to the host are pathogenicity determinants. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of virulence factors (esp, agg, gelE, CylA) in E. faecalis isolated from diverse human clinical collected in Iraqi patient , as well as to assess their ability to form biofilm and to determine their haemolytic and gelatinase activities. Thirty-two isolates of bacteria Enterococcus faecalis were obtained, including 15 isolates (46.87%) of the urine, 6 isolates (18.75%) for each of the stool and uterine secretions, and 5 isolates (15.62%) of the wo

The results indicated that there were toxicopathological changes in many tissues of experimental animals. Histo -pathological changes was dose and period dependent . It was found that the aqueous extract of beetle cocoon has undesirable effect at the administered doses, since the raw extract of this cocoon is currently being used in Folk medicine as treatment for cough, bronchitis in Iraq. Propolis has been used as a therapeutic agent since the time of Hippocrates. It is known that propolis exhibits some pharmacological activities, such as antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and anti inflammatory activity. Materials and methods: Eighteen albino rats were used in the study and divided randomly into three groups of 6 animals for each group. Each group was scheduled to be sacrificed at different time periods, which were three days, one week and three weeks. Propolis and ZOE sealer implants of 4mm in diameter and 0.5 gm in weight were implanted in the dorsal side of the rats. At the end of the
