Manufacturing industry is constantly looking for ways to improve the efficiency of production processes so as to lower production costs, maintain product quality, and improve production planning. This study aims to provide an integrated optimization and forecasting framework that combines Cutting Optimization Pro5, linear programming, and an Enhanced N-BEATS deep learning model to minimize material waste and manufacturing cost and to predict the number of production items with a price-reduction strategy. The real industrial case study is based on production and pricing data from the Akad factory of the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Products in Iraq for the period from 2014 to 2025, concerning the manufacture of 80 L and 120 L electric water heaters. That is, Cutting Optimization Pro5 was used to specify optimal sheet sizes and cutting plans, minimizing waste and reducing production costs. At the same time, the Enhanced N-BEATS deep learning model was implemented to forecast future production quantities. The optimization results showed a significant reduction in wasted materials and production costs, allowing lower product prices. Thus, the forecasting results proved that the performance of the Enhanced N-BEATS model was much better than that of SARIMAX and Simple Linear Regression since the model showed the lowest prediction errors (pMAPE value for the 120 L product is equal to 0.040 and nMSE is equal to 0.016, while pMAPE for the 80 L product equals 0.091, and nMSE equals 0.007). The results show that combining cutting optimization and deep learning can create an efficient decision-support framework to improve production efficiency, lower production costs, and enhance production planning in industrial environments.
Abstract:
There is a close relationship between rigidity and distort structure of production and productivity and inflation rates. The effects of this relationship are distorted the contribution rate of the productive sectors and the disproportionate of exchange rate in foreign trade.
raising the general level of prices is one of the way that have been used by previous governments (inflationary financing or deficit financing) in order to speed up the process of capital formation, depending on the availability of economic resources idle.
The fabricating inflation for development does not represent a true understanding of the nature of the

The study intends to employ the convolutional neural network (CNN) architectures of ResNet-18 and DenseNet-201 and classical machine learning (ML) classifiers such as Wide Neural Networks (WNN), Naïve Bayes (NB), and two kernels of support vector machines (SVM) to classify apple slices into different hardness classes based on their RGB values. Our research data showed that the DenseNet-201 features classified by the SVM-Cubic kernel had the highest accuracy and lowest standard deviation (SD) among all the methods we tested, at 89.51 % 1.66 %. The technique is based on radar sensing, whereby tissues are differentiated based on the dielectric contrast between the disease and its surrounding healthy tissues. The image reconstruction algorithm referred to herein as the enhanced version of delay and sum (EDAS) algorithm is used to identify the malignant tissue in a cluttered environment and noisy data. The methods and procedures are tested using MRI-derived breast phantoms, and the results are compared with images obtained from classical DAS variant. Incorporating a new filtering technique and multiplication procedure, t

Show MoreAbstract: The research aims to assess the level of readiness of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure for business continuity at Earthlink Telecommunications and Internet Services Company in Iraq, in light of the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 27031:2025. The research adopts a case study approach as an appropriate methodological framework for understanding and analyzing the organizational and technical complexity inherent in telecommunications sector organizations. To achieve the research objectives, a set of integrated data collection tools was employed, including field interviews with technical and administrative staff, a review of organizational documents and approved policies, as well as d

A 9 km irrigation earth canal in the city of Alsyahy, 15 km away from Al-Hilla city, and branching off from the left side of Shatt Al-Hilla at 57 km, was studied. The aim of this work is to study and analyze the effect of rationing system on the Birmana earthen canal during rapid drawdown case. Finite element modeling with Geo-Studio software was used in the present study to analyze the combined seepage and slope stability for three cycles. The resulting minimum safety factor obtained from the analysis using the saturated and
The literature shows conflicting outcomes, making it difficult to determine how e-learning affects the performance of students in higher education. The effect of e-learning was studied and data has been gathered with the utilization of a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, especially in relation to students' academic achievements and perceptions in higher education, according to literature review that has been drawn from articles published in the past two decades (2000-2020). The development of a sense of community in the on-line environment has been identified to be one of the main difficulties in e-learning education across this whole review. In order to create an efficient online learning community, it could be claim
