The aim of this study was to making an analytical study in some kinematics variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming to first ranking in championship 2003 – Spanish. The swimming in our country still suffering from several obstruction with retarded it’s development for the better since the investigators observe the insufficiency of swimming in our country to any analytical study for the international champions, this led to no specific and scientific discovering to these advanced levels as the estimation of the value of performance from the Iraqi coaches dependent on personality observation dependent on their opinion without referring to the specific and scientific diction. The investigators dependent on several kinematics variables during performing the analytical study which include variables in (50) meter first, second, third and forth as well as variables in (200) meter breaststroke swimming, after having the results and treat it statistically the researchers reaches to many conclusion like: • The ability of the swimmer to perform starting requirement with the first (15) meter. Whether from performing time or speed rate. Length in stroke with lowering in her performing time, as well as the circulating time in the first (50) meter. • The ability of the swimmer to perform technique of wave breaststroke is distinct form about body situation, wave movement, arm movement, respiration, foot stroke, make her able to achieve the world recorder in (200) meter breaststroke for women. The researcher reaches to some recommendation like: • The union investigators recommended the necessity of depending on this study to compare and stand on the swimming state in our lovely country. The union investigators recommended the necessity of using the movement analytical equipment during training, it’s necessary to have specific biomechanics laboratory.
One hundred isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were obtained from patients admitted to Baghdad hospitals, Iraq during the period between May 2018 until July 2018. These isolates were distributed as 15 isolates from blood, 25 isolates from urinary tract infections, 10 isolates from sputum, 12 isolates from wounds, 15 isolates from ear infections, 15 isolates from bronchial wash of patients suffering from respiratory tract infections in addition to 8 isolates from cystic fibrosis patients. Molecular analysis exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 has been studied by using PCR. It was found exon 3 and 7 in ESR2 were revealed as a single band with size 151 and 157 bp, respectively. In their cross-sectional study, Al-Rubaye et al studied the extent of vitamin D (VD) deficiency/ insufficiency, factors affecting its degree, and the adverse outcomes of the altered VD status among a group of mothers and their neonates from Baghdad, Iraq. They found that 96.6% of the mothers had VD deficiency/ insufficiency compared to 86.4% in their neonates. Maternal VD levels and neonatal weights were significantly correlated with neonatal VD levels. We believe that the study results need to be revised.
