تناول البحث موضوع أثر تمكين المرأة على تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي، ويُعدُّ من المواضيع المهمة؛ لأنَّه يمثِّل قضية اجتماعية ورؤًى جديدة لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث بقلة الاهتمام بتمكين المرأة في بعض الوحدات الاقتصادية؛ ممَّا يؤثِّر سلباً على تحقيق التوازن الاقتصادي والثقافي والاجتماعي والبيئي، فضلاً عن انخفاض كفاءة الأداء الوظيفي في تلك الوحدات الاقتصادية؛ لعدم مشاركة المرأة مشاركةً فعَّالةً في اتخاذ القرارات المهمة، ويهدف البحث إلى التعريف بتمكين المرأة وَفْق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، وعناصر الأداء الوظيفي، وبيان العلاقة بين التمكين والاستدامة وصولاً إلى الأداء المتميز، فضلاً عن بيان أثر تمكين المرأة على تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، وتحسين الأداء، مستنداً على فرضية مفادها؛ "إنَّ تمكين المرأة التي تمتلك المهارات والقدرات والموارد يؤدي إلى تطبيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة تطبيقاً فعَّالاً، ويضمن كفاءة الأداء"، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات، كان أهمها أنَّ تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وبيئياً وتقنياً يسهم بالأثر الإيجابي على تطوُّر عملية التمكين الإداري.
The paper attempts to find out the elements of picaresque novel in selected English and Iraqi novels. It studies these elements in Henry Fielding’s Joseph Andrews and Adil Abduljabbar’s Arzal Hamad Al-Salim. The paper is divided into four sections. The first is an introduction to the picaresque novel. It gives a definition, a historical background, and the elements of the genre. The second section studies Fielding’s novel focusing on the elements of this type of novel and how it affects the story itself. In our research, we dealt with one of the most important issues of linguistic studies of the Holy Qur’an, which is the words that are close in meaning, which some believe are synonyms, but in the Arabic language they are not considered synonyms because there are subtle differences between them. Synonyms in the Arabic language are very few, rather rare, and in the Holy Qur’an they are completely non-existent.
