From this standpoint, the researcher, who is a teacher at the University of Baghdad, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and follows most of the sports club teams in youth football, believes that there must be From extrapolations through the machine and employing it in the field to serve the skill aspect and benefit from scientific technology in development and making it a useful tool to serve the sports field in football, as the goal of the research was the efficiency of machine extrapolation in developing the dialogue and its accuracy in football for juniors, and the researcher assumed the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the extrapolation relationship The machine and its efficiency in developing the skill and accuracy of dribbling in football for juniors. The approach was experimental in application, adopting statistical methods of percentages, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the arithmetic mean. In their cross-sectional study, Al-Rubaye et al studied the extent of vitamin D (VD) deficiency/ insufficiency, factors affecting its degree, and the adverse outcomes of the altered VD status among a group of mothers and their neonates from Baghdad, Iraq. They found that 96.6% of the mothers had VD deficiency/ insufficiency compared to 86.4% in their neonates. Maternal VD levels and neonatal weights were significantly correlated with neonatal VD levels. We believe that the study results need to be revised. This study on the plant of Ain –AL Bason Catharanthus roseous showed the ability of callus cells that is produced by In Vitro culture technique and transformed to the accumulated media (MS 40gm/L sucrose ,2gm/L IAA Indole acetic acid , 0.5gm/L Tryptophan) to produce Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds. Extraction, purification and quantitive determination of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds using High performance liquid chromatography technique (HPLC)were carried out. The results showed that the highest concentration of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds were ( 4.653,12.5 (ppm /0.5 dry Wight respectively from transformed callus cells from MS 40 gm /L sucrose , 2 gm / L NAA Naphthaline acetic acid .
