In recent decades, breeding deer populations in Iraq have expanded significantly in size and distribution. Owing to their role in pathogen transmission, these deer populations pose a risk to the livestock industry. However, little is known about the parasitic infection status of the breeding deer and the surrounding environment in Iraq. Atotal of 150 deer faecal samples were collected from male and female deer of various ages from four regions of Iraq and examined microscopically for intestinal parasites. Microscopic analysis revealed the presence of seven intestinal parasite species: Entamoeba spp. (48%), Giardia duodenalis (17%), Toxocara spp. (12%), Balantidium coli(9%), Taenia spp. (9%), Strongyloides spp. (3%) and Trichostrongylus spp. (2%). Among these, Entamoeba spp. showed the highest infection rate and is known to cause a range of intestinal diseases and damage to vital organs such as the liver and brain. Fifty Entamoeba-positive samples were subjected to PCR targeting the 18S rRNA gene, followed by sequencing and phylogenetic analyses. This molecular approach confirmed the presence of four Entamoeba species: E. hartmanni (ID: PQ661240.1, ID: PQ661241.1), E. chattoni (ID: PQ661242.1), E. dispar (ID: PQ661243.1), and E. nuttalli (ID: PQ661244.1), for the first time in Iraq. Phylogenetic analysis revealed a high sequence similarity with previously documented isolates: 99.85% with E. hartmanni from China, 90.96% with E. chattoni from Taiwan, 99.98% with E. dispar from Argentina, and 99.96% with E. nuttalli from Japan. The detection of multiple intestinal parasites, especially molecular confirmation of the four Entamoeba species for the first time in Iraq, highlights the need for ongoing monitoring of deer populations. Improved hygiene, restricted grazing, and integrated surveillance are recommended to mitigate the potential zoonotic transmission.
A new Species of the Cerambycinae belonging to the genus Hesperophanes was found new to the fauna of Iraq and Science. H. testaceus was studied in details and the male genitalia were illustrated. Type's paratypes and the locality of this newly described Species were mentioned.
Numerous academic and critical studies concerned with the language of poetry, with the differences and diversity in these studies and the critical methods. , the study tries to study this modern approach in the language Iraqi and Arabic poetry according to analyzing and following the functional dimension of the language, regardless of its poetic value which should be on them, as each poetic experience has its own language, thestudy came to investigate the variety of poetry samples, poets from different and far generations. - in an attempt to give an image Career dimension of language, the center of intellectual transformations that have affected the experience of Arabic poetry generally, and the level of language to be exact, as a tool f

connected to many metabolic diseases. Two types of
adipose tissue, white adipose tissue (WAT) and brown
adipose tissue (BAT) have been identified. White fat cells
store chemical energy, brown adipocytes defend against
hypothermia, obesity and diabetes.
Objective: To localize and quantify brown adipocytes in
human subcutaneous (S) and visceral (V) adipose tissue by
histology and immunohistochemistry.
Type of the study: A cross –sectional study.
Methods: Adipose tissue was obtained from histopathology
specimens taken from ten patients, of different age, sex and
body mass index (BMI), undergoing surgery for different
pathologies

The analogs were synthesized, designed, and characterized by 1HNMR, and FTIR. The synthetic path began from the reaction of ciprofloxacin drug with morpholine to give compound[B], ciprofloxacin derivative was linked with a variety of primary and secondary amines to give compounds[B1-B9]. The above-mentioned prepared compounds [B3 and B5] were applied to liver enzymes, and the increase in the activity of these enzymes was observed. In addition, a theoretical study was conducted to study the energies and properties of the prepared compounds.

Here, the effect of lead on biofilm formation by Bacillus spp. isolated from soil in terms of biofilm formation and remove was studied. In present study, 10 isolates of Bacillus spp were isolated from soil. The ability of all isolates to form biofilm was evaluated. The effect of lead on biofilm formation was studied by adding lead (pb) before forming biofilm. In another experiment the lead was added after biofilm formation to study the effect of lead on biofilm remove. The current study, showed the ability of all studied isolates to form biofilm.
