New derivatives of Schiff bases were synthesized from the aldehyde derivative (Ma2) which was produced by reacting the mefenamic acid (Ma) with thionyl chloride to obtain the acid halide derivative (Ma1). Compound (Ma1) was dissolved in DMF and mixed with p-hydroxybenzaldehyde which was previously dissolved with pyridine to obtain the aldehyde derivative (Ma2).      A new Schiff base ligand was prepared via a condensation reaction. The synthesis involved combining N-(4-aminophenylsulfonyl) benzamide (also known as sulfabenzamide) with indoline-2,3-dione. To facilitate the reaction, three drops of glacial acetic acid were added. This process yielded the ligand N-(4-(2-oxoindoline-3-ylideneamino) phenylsulfonyl) benzamide, designated as (L). A harvested prey-predator model with infectious disease in preyis investigated. It is assumed that the predator feeds on the infected prey only according to Holling type-II functional response. The existence, uniqueness and boundedness of the solution of the model are investigated. The local stability analysis of the harvested prey-predator model is carried out. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the persistence of the model are also obtained. Finally, the global dynamics of this model is investigated analytically as well as numerically. It is observed that, the model have different types of dynamical behaviors including chaos.
