The permeable reactive barrier (PRB) is one of the promising innovative in situ groundwater remediation technologies, in removing of copper from a contaminated shallow aquifer. One hundred forty three of Klebsiellapneumoniae isolates had been collected from some hospitals in Baghdad city.
