Despite the significant increase in women in academic medicine over the last 50 years, women are still under-represented in leadership positions in academia. However, there is a lack of data on the diversity of editorial boards in Middle Eastern medical journals. So, we aim to portray the diversity of editorial boards of Iraqi medical journals by conducting a cross-sectional analysis of the editorial boards’ members of all Iraqi medical journals. The research aims to determine the required rate of return according to the Fama and French five-factor model, after strengthening it by adding the indebtedness factor to build the Fama and French six-factor model FF6M-DLE. The effect of the indebtedness factor on the company's profitability and the real value of the ordinary shares calculated according to the (equivalent ascertainment) model and its suitability with the company's situation, and an analysis of the fluctuation between the market value and the real value of the ordinary stocks.

This study aimed to show the extent of compliance with the income taxpayer  to provide tax returns and increase the speed of collection of these taxes in addition to increasing confidence in  Income Tax department and reduce the number of cases transferred to the courts and promote taxpayer awareness in charge of the importance of self-assessment system, and study sought to investigate the effect of the existence of records documents, technical audit, and computational audit and documentary audit on income tax collections in Jordan, from the point of viewof Jordanian income tax auditors ,results shows there's a strong  relation between these variables and Income Tax collections.

This work aimed PVA nanofibers in a range of concentrations were successfully manufactured via electrospinning. PVA NFs/Si was effectively prepared using the electrospinning process. The structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of the prepared PVA were studied using XRD, FE-SEM, UV-Vis spectrophotometer and I-V characteristics, respectively. The amorphous structure of PVA nanofibers was observed. The optical energy gap from ultraviolet to visible was between (2.75 and 2.41) eV, making this compound highly sensitive to visible orange light at 610 nm, with a photosensitivity of 66%.
