Background and Objectives: Urinary tract infections (UTIs), among a wide range of microbial infections, are of a double-edged worry with health-care and economic implications. They are serious diseases that can influence various parts of the urinary tract. The aim of this study was characterization of the enteric bacteria isolated from urine of human UTIs and studying their antimicrobial sensitivity. Materials and methods: A total of 50 urine samples were collected from patients with UTIs of both genders. The isolates identification was done using routine diagnostic methods and confirmed by Vitek2. Antimicrobial susceptibility was done against 10 antimicrobials. Results: Both genders of human were found to suffer from urinary tract problems caused by bacteria. Out of 50 patients, 45 (90%) of the cases showed bacterial growth. Approximately, 30.43% of the human infections were found to be caused by members of the Enterobacteriaceae family. The ratio of female patients with UTIs was more than that of males, the most common bacterium isolated from human urine was E. coli, which constituted approximately 85.7% of the enteric bacteria isolated and 26.1% of all bacterial isolates. Other members of Enterobacteriaceae family were also isolated from patients enrolled in this study, such as Citrobacter freundii, which constituted the same incidence rate as K. pneumoniae. Concerning antimicrobial resistance, 11, 10, 9, and 8 out of 12 of E. coli isolates were resistant to Erythromycin, Vancomycin, Tetracycline, and Ceftazidime together, respectively, with a range of resistance from 91.7% to 66.7%. Low percentages of bacteria showed intermediate sensitivity to Imipenem, Gentamicin, Chloramphenicol, Vancomycin, and Erythromycin. However, 12, 11, 10, 10, 9, and 8 out of 12 isolates were susceptible (susceptibility ranged from 100% to 66.7%) to each of Cefotaxime, Chloramphenicol, Imipenem, Amikacin, Ciprofloxacin, and Gentamicin. Conclusions: Escherichia coli was the most common bacteria isolated from human UTIs. All of the isolates were multi-drug resistant toward at least four antimicrobials. Particularly, Erythromycin and Vancomycin had no effect on the enteric bacteria at all. Imipenem might be the most effective drug against a large number of the human isolates.
Background: Helicobacter pylori are important gastrointestinal pathogen associated with gastritis, peptic ulcers, and an increased risk of gastric carcinoma. There are several popular methods for detection of H. pylori (invasive and non-invasive methods) each having its own advantages, disadvantages, and limitations, and by using PCR technique the ability to detect H. pylori in saliva samples offers a potential for an alternative test for detection of this microorganism. Materials and methods: The study sample consists of fifty participants of both genders, who undergo Oesophageo-gastrodudenoscopy at the Gastroenterology Department of Al-Kindy Teaching Hospital Baghdad/ Iraq, during five months period from January 2014 to May 2014. In the current study, we made an exciting observation that naive C57BL/6 mice that were exposed i.p. to TCDD showed massive mobilization of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in the peritoneal cavity. These MDSCs were highly immunosuppressive and attenuated Con A–induced hepatitis upon adoptive transfer. TCDD administration in naive mice also led to induction of several chemokines and cytokines in the peritoneal cavity and serum (CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, CCL11, CXCL1, CXCL2, CXCL5, CXCL9, G-CSF, GM-CSF, VEGF, and M-CSF) and chemokine receptors
The science of jurisprudence is one of the legal sciences that scholars have been interested in since the first centuries of Islam, and they wrote many books about it, and the science of manuscripts is considered one of the scientific achievements in which many scholars emerged, including Imam Al-Samaani, so I chose this manuscript related to Istism to clarify its concept and meaning for all people, The student (Ali Ahmed Abdel-Aziz Sheikh Hamad) preceded me in the investigation of part of the book, and it was facilitated for me, by the grace of God Almighty, to investigate the issue (if one of the Muslim spouses apostatized and one of the infidel spouses converted to Islam until the end of the issue of if the two spouses were taken capt

Background: Many countries recommend the use of long-acting reversible contraceptive intrauterine device immediately after cesarean delivery. The cesarean delivery rate in Iraqi public hospitals is 32.2% and may reach 85.8% in private hospitals. Immediate post-partum intrauterine device insertion at cesarean is rarely done in Iraq.
Objectives: To assess the safety and practicality of immediate post-partum intrauterine device insertion during cesarean delivery for family planning and pregnancy spacing in Iraqi women.
Subjects and Methods: A single arm clinical trial included 150 eligible women who attended Al-Elwiyah Maternity Teaching Hospital or Al Hayat Rahibat Hospita

And the distribution of work in a distribution that achieves the objectives of auditing in general and is of general benefit to the economic unit.
The research problem lies in the weakness of the relationship between internal auditing and external auditing as a result of not applying INTOSAI Standard (9150) coordination and joint cooperation

These complexes were described by magnetic sensibility analysis, FT-IR spectra, and molar-conductance and elemental analysis. Analytical values appeared which the mixed-ligand complexes presented ratio about 2:1 (ligand: metal) with the chelation 4 or 6.
