Terahertz (THz) technology, which uses radiation lying between microwave and infrared in the electromagnetic spectrum, could revolutionize digital agriculture through terahertz’s ability to assess agricultural materials accurately and non-destructively. The review discusses notable developments in THz applications to digital agriculture: real-time crop monitoring, nutrient and disease detection, soil moisture and contaminant analysis, and supply chain traceability. The developments have emerged from studies in time-domain spectroscopy, imaging, machine learning (ML), and blockchain integration. Despite the promising advances in THz agricultural applications, limitations remain, such as limited penetration depth, high system costs, and operational robustness. Further research is needed to reach the full potential of THz technology in achieving sustainable agriculture. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

However, with continued investment in research and treatment options, we can make progress towards improving the lives of those with SCD. Over 40% of patients experience painful vaso-occlusive crises (VOCs), so we must work towards finding solutions and providing support for those living with this condition, These episodes, a hallmark of SCD, significantly contribute to morbidity, mortality, and a diminished quality of life, while also incurring substantial healthcare costs. Chronic pain particularly affects older adolescents and adults with SCD, with over half reporting daily discomfort. Opioid-based analgesics, though sti

It allows direct detection of many biological and chemical materials. Bacteria are found in the human body naturally non-pathogenic and pathologically, as they are found in other living organisms. One of these bacteria is Escherichia coli (E. coli) which are found in the human body in its natural and pathogenic form. E.coli bacteria cause many diseases, including Stomach, intestines, urinary system infections, and others. The aim of this study: is sensing and differentiation between normal flora and pathogenic E.coli. Material and method:

Non-random assignment controlled for covariates. Pre/post validated tests (α ≥ .85; 15 MCQ + 5 essay items) measured outcomes. ANOVA revealed significant gains for experimental groups (p < .001, η2 = .41, Cohen’s d = 0.72 [95% CI: 0.45–0.98]). Chemistry excelled in affective domains; mathematics in cognitive/skills. Amniotic fluid anomalies have been associated with unfavorable maternal, fetal, and obstetrical outcomes. Objective: To determine the effect of echogenic amniotic fluid during term pregnancy on the presence of meconium stain liquor and pregnancy outcome. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 1080 term pregnant women who visited Al-Elwiya Maternity Teaching Hospital from May 1st, 2021, to May 1st, 2023. Ultrasound was used to analyze echogenic amniotic fluid and turbid liquor. The liquor state was tested either after an artificial membrane rupture in the vaginal delivery trial or during a cesarean section. Results: Echogenic amni
