Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management in decision-making in academic departments from the point of view of faculty members at Blonde University. It also aims to propose mechanisms and suggestions to improve decision-making in the academic departments of the university in light of the management of knowledge. The purposes of this study were to identifying the (attitudes of college of
education and college of science for womens in Baghdad university students
toward aggresive behaviore) and to determine the differences of student's
attitudes due to Specialization.
The study sample consists of (460) Female students.Aquestionave of
