Jalal Jaafar Al-Awqati is a military figure who played a significant role in developing the Iraqi Air Force after the July 14, 1958 revolution. His personality crystallized during his studies. He was a thoughtful person, a good communicator, a man of few words, and held firm principled positions. He was known for his unique way of thinking. He was not violent in his daily dealings. He believed in democracy as a political doctrine and saw it as the best means and sure guarantee for solving the country's problems.

In this paper, a simulation of the electrical performance for Pentacene-based top-contact bottom-gate (TCBG) Organic Field-Effect Transistors (OFET) model with Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and silicon nitride (Si3N4) as gate dielectrics was studied. The effects of gate dielectrics thickness on the device performance were investigated. The thickness of the two gate dielectric materials was in the range of 100-200nm to maintain a large current density and stable performance. Four sites in Tigris River, at Wassit Governorate were covered, during the seasons of Autumn 2017, winter 2018, Spring 2018, and Summer 2018.
