News feeds are at the forefront of news forms that are close to the public's attention for their rapid news content in two directions:

1. its speed in summarizing events in one or two sentences easy to be understood and realized.
2. highlight the most important contents of screenings or news broadcast.

The researchers felt that the importance of these brief news compared to news broadcast, breaking news and news subtitle are still ambiguous, as well as their contents.

About 801 bp in length DNA fragment of Lb. acidophilus Ar strain was amplified by PCR techniques. Two restriction sites (PstI/SacI) were added to each end of that fragment for manipulation of DNA during cloning. A field experiment was conducted at the field of the Dept. of Field Crop Sci. / College of Agriculture / University of Baghdad . The objective was to determine the values of relative constant of three – way and double crosses of maize . Ten inbreds were used and crossed during spring and fall seasons of 2009 to produce three - way and double crosses , and ten hybrids were taken from each group . The ten hybrids were grown and selfed during spring 2010 to produce 2 seed . Three way and double crosses were sown with their parents and 2 seed during fall 2010 in RCBD with four replicates .
