A skip list data structure is really just a simulation of a binary search tree. Skip lists algorithm are simpler, faster and use less space. this data structure conceptually uses parallel sorted linked lists. Searching in a skip list is more difficult than searching in a regular sorted linked list. Because a skip list is a two dimensional data structure, it is implemented using a two dimensional network of nodes with four pointers. the implementation of the search, insert and delete operation taking a time of upto . ZnS:Ce3+ nanoparticles were prepared by a simple microwave irradiation method under mild condition. The starting materials for the synthesis of ZnS:Ce3+ quantum dots were zinc acetate (R & M Chemical) as zinc source, thioacetamide as a sulfur source, cerium chloride as cerium source and ethylene glycol as a solvent. All chemicals were analytical grade products and used without further purification. The Western Desert in Iraq has been chosen to implement the modelling concept and calculate the model sensitivity to the changes in aquifer hydraulic properties and calibration by researching 102 observations and irrigation wells.
