The research aims to identify the new reality of Iraq’s international relations through the news
coverage carried out by Al-Iraqiya TV since the size and nature of the coverage indicate the extent
to which these relations have reached. The research problem is summarized by the main question
(what is the size and nature of news coverage of Iraq’s international relations in the Iraqi News
Channel?).
This research is considered a descriptive research, as the researchers used the survey method and the
content analysis method through a partial confinement of the research community consisting of the

The research study focused on the need to clarify the relationship between the Websites of Iraqi Newspapers and their roles in covering the internal crises in Iraq. The selection of Iraqi websites for the newspapers Al-Zaman and Al-Sabah was adopted as one of the most important media with a wide audience; and as a model of hot news and continuous coverage of those sites since 2003 so far. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.
