Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a significant global health problem. Populations of different ethnicities show great heterogeneity in HBV genotype frequency distributions. A cross-sectional study was conducted during June–October 2018 to determine frequency of HBV genotypes among chronic HBV patients from Baghdad, Iraq. Several examples are presented. Also, some ideals in this concept are studied such as GS-ideal and closed-ideal. Some properties and characterizations of GS-ideal are presented. The relationships between GS-ideal and closed-ideal are studied. Furthermore, some results of GS-ideal in GS-Algebra under homomorphism are discussed. Finally, the graph (by its annihilator-ideal) as the simple graph with elements of a GS-Algebra is studied and some related properties are given. Bacteria strain H8, which produces high amount of exopolysaccharide (EPS), was isolated from soil, and identified as strain of Azotobacter chrococcum by its biochemical /physiological characteristics, EPS was extracted, partially purified and used as bioflocculant.
