An effort is made to study the effect of composite nanocoating using aluminum-9%wt silicon alloys reinforced with different percentage (0.5,1,2,4)wt.% of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) using  plasma spraying. Arctangent denoted by the Atan penalty has been used in both estimation and variable selection as an efficient method recently.
