The research addresses the specification table and the extent of its use in developing achievement tests, as well as detects the obstacles to its use through a sample of (120) respondents from the faculty members in some Baghdad schools and colleges. The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. The present study aims to identify the socio-psychological implications that police investigators experience regarding the variable of gender, age, place of residence, qualification, military rank, and work experience. The study included 6 individuals who were working in investigation department in Hebron district as a sample. The results demonstrated that the targeted sample had a dump attitude toward the socio-psychological implications. The psychological implications reflected 2.8739, the social side represents 3.2956.
